    I have twice walked out of this location waiting for help at the paint counter. I will say, I have had good help in the flooring department but when you can't get any help in the front of the store, their customer service is broken. I will forever buy my paint at Home Depot across the road after these experiences and likely the majority of my home improvement needs

    I wanted to take a minute and recognize Shiela who helped me twice today. Especially for her assistance when I needed to purchase a very large and heavy Smoker. She was so helpful and kind. When I explained what I needed she quickly went to wrestle this unit off a high shelf and arrange for it to be taken to my vehicle . So pleasant to have such a positive staff member to deal with. I hope the company knows they have a real customer service star. I have managed many teams over my career and I know how rare it is to have someone on staff who can connect with clients. Thanks again Shiela.

    We ordered carpet for $1000, they delivered the wrong one. Called and called and finally they admit they delivered the wrong one. They said the correct carpet will be delivered in the next day or so. I hear nothing for 3 days, then I call them again and they say they don't even have enough carpet to fulfil the order. What a joke. Avoid this location. Not sure if it's just incompetence at this location or if all Ronas are clueless like this. Managers/staff I dealt with were Mark Petasky, Rizza Enriquez, Anthony Gagnon. Rona locations don't work with each other, they said Sherwood Park might have enough of the carpet but they do nothing to coordinate with that store to order or deliver it. Go for Home Depot.
