After hours went to empty out the unit to find their red lock still on unit . No one was available after hours to remove the lock . So had to improvise and remove myself. Talked to regiional manager who was trying to find someone to unlock unit was unsuccessful. Manager said it was ok for us to remove lock ourselves.
