    I tried to return a dead bolt front door lock a few weeks ago that did not work out of the box that was around $200. The digital key code ones. They would not accept the return even though it was still under their policy period. I will never buy any products from them ever again and i would suggest anyone who shops here to shop else where. Businesses like this in the community do not deserve any business at all.

    After my gas snow blower died with about 5 minutes to go in clearing our church parking lot last night, we ended up at Rona today. With Ray's help and our positive experience with EGO products we picked out the 24" XP TWO-STAGE SNOW BLOWER. We also received assistance from a couple capable fellows in loading the box into our vehicle, and then headed home. Assembly was very easy (no tools required) and summer storage will be breeze from now on! Batteries are almost fully charged and I have a few driveways in the neighbourhood to do this afternoon. Let it snow, let it snow, let it snow!

    My husband just left with a storm door, paid at self checkout and an employee started yelling at him when he was walking to his truck in the parking lot. The employee proceeded to yell "are you going to pay for that?". My husband was taken a back by the whole situation and explained he paid at self checkout and presented his receipt when asked. The employee said it was a miscommunication with his department. In a way we can certainly understand, however, there was an employee at the self checkout that saw my husband take his receipt. Certainly a better way this situation could've been handled rather than yelling "are you going to pay for that in public". Not only embarrassing but certainly makes you never want to return to this location. If there's an issue with theft at the store then remove the self checkout and start checking receipts at the door.
