  The South location in Calgary has better staff. I found the delivery staff and customer service staff at this location to be rude and unhelpful. It felt like my order was too small to be worth their time or effort. I ended up calling another store for help and they were much more understanding and went out of their way to be helpful. They get a star for reasonable prices.

  Get everything in writing because they like to say one thing and do another when it comes to whats on the paperwork. Was buying an adjustable bed and when it arrived it was just a mattress and I was then told nothing they could do even though my girlfriend and I both verified multiple times before signing the order and still got screwed. Go to sleep country instead

  Be careful with this store, i bought a changing table that was apparently in stock, they called me 4 months later saying it got discontinued and they couldn't refund me my money. It was only 26 dollars but still be careful. Ill never shop here again
