  Very bad experience with the store. $500 item 3 days ago turns out to be $1100 on a Boxing Day.. and then they’re forcing to buy the protection on top of it. Truly. Their sales people on the floor behave like scammers.. Good job Leons !

  It was a wonderful experience with Zeeno. She was very helpful and answered all the questions. I felt welcomed and valued all the time. Also, there's lot of Boxing Day deals are going on and there's a lot of variety to choose from. Hurry up and grab the deals before it ends.

  I had a bad experience at this location. I had ordered bedroom furniture from the brick, and it arrived with damage to every piece and exposed particle board. We tried leons, as I was moving into a new home. Our sales associate assured us that if we ordered in October, it would be delivered to my home on november 30th as I had rented a uhaul to move into a new home. In november we returned to leons looking for mattresses and we were told the furniture had arrived and everything was set. On Nov 30th I called to get a delivery window and was informed that my headboard was damaged during loading, and the entire delivery of the remaining furniture would not be coming for another 2 weeks. There was NO communication about this, and it took me 3 hours of calls back and forth, to be told i had to go to south Calgary and pick up the furniture and had to fight to get a temporary bed as my old one wasn't usable. They weren't very kind, when I spoke to the sales associate it was more about saying it wasn't his fault than making it right. Two weeks later on December 7th my bed was to be delivered. Called again to find out it would be delivered on the 9th while I was at work. Again, I had to fight for this and was told on Nov 30th that I'd recieve a $200 refund for the headboard, today is December 12th and I again have to call because that hasn't happened. I understand human error but it's the act of making it right for your customers. Communication has been awful and it added unnecessary stress to a move when I ordered 2 months prior.
