I will say their insurance is cheaper than most home insurance policies which helps offset the high price tag. It’s bit of an inconvenient process to actually obtain a unit. In person contract signing before you can get access to the unit. No virtual options for contract signing or identification verification. But all in all they have good customer service and prompt response times. I would recommend them.
