  I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent dining set purchase. Lesson learned: always check reviews. Bought a dining set, took months to get the chairs, and then they arrived but have deffect. Had to return them and now we're waiting for two more weeks for replacements. To top it off, pick-up a chair when I am trying to assemble, it had two left support and two left chair legs. Unbelievable waste of time and energy.

  Sara U was my salesperson, no pressure and no hassle. She was tolerant of my many questions. Great price on a stellar, huge modular sectional! The guys who came to set it up were friendly and knowledgeable. The tracker was great so I could see when they were set to arrive to my house with my new sofa. I added the warranty because if I didn’t use it, then it rolls into a store credit which is nice. Looking forward to spending a lot of time on my gorgeous sectional.

  Had to purchase a new washer and dryer. Mike was very informative and made the buying process a delight. Delivery was a breeze with Leon's experienced muscle men, they were so polite and very respectful. From start to finish this purchase and experience was wonderful, thank you.

  Excellent from the minute we met our sales associate Eugene Cayago to delivery. Our delivery was especially challenging as our old fridge did not want to leave the premises(too wide).The team worked together to come up with a solution and in no time we had our beautiful new fridge in place. Thank you Leon's!

  POOR COSTUMER SERVICE. We saw a queen plush mattress in the showroom and wanted to buy it but in king size. The salesman told us they have one so yes it is possible. So they delivered the mattress the Saturday after, nothing wrong so far. But at the moment we put the new mattress in the bed frame we knew right away the mattress was harder than the one we tried in store. I tried to call the store but I had no answer. So on Monday morning I called again and explained them my issue so they asked me to take a picture of the tag so I did and it revealed that it is a plush one but I insist on the fact that it is not cause it is harder than the one in the showroom. They didn't do anything for me they even hung up on me because they were tired to hear my story. They even told me that the mattress in the showroom in softer cause a lot of people try it!! I had to call the head office in Ontario and explained them my case again and they made arrangement for a technician to come to my place and look at the mattress. Few days after the tech came, i called again and they told me that they didn't receive the report from the technician yet and they will call me once it's been received. It's been 3 weeks and they never called me. I gave up I will never buy a thing in Leon's anymore even after spending crazy money on furniture appliances and more.... POOR COSTUMER SERVICE!!
