The BURNCO Landscape Centre concept was developed in 1987 in order to provide retail customers and contractors with a “One Stop Shop” for all landscape supplies. Each Centre offers a wide assortment of sand, gravel, soil, mulches, decorative rock, boulders, paving stones, retaining walls, hardscape products and other landscaping accessories.
I was looking to pick up a small amount of coarse sand and found a lot of sand places only deliver truckloads. SiteOne Stone Center had exactly what I was looking for in product, layout, and price. They have the separated piles of assorted sand, gravel & mulch that you drive up to, fill your buckets, then go in and pay.

How do I create an online account?

How do I place an order?

You can see order status on the Open Orders and the Order History pages in the Account Dashboard. This will include all orders, not just those placed online. For more details on a pending order, please contact your selected branch.
How does the Buy Online, Pick Up in Branch process work?
When ordering online, select a SiteOne branch location for Pick Up. You’ll get an Order Confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your order, and an Order Ready notification when your order is ready to be picked up.
Is local delivery available when I buy online?
SiteOne offers local delivery on most orders within 60 miles of the branch. A delivery charge may apply
What if I need to return an item that I ordered?
To return any items, bring your order receipt with you to the SiteOne branch location where you picked up your order. Please refer to SiteOne’s current https://www.siteone.com/returns for details.
What do I need to bring with me to pick up my order?
For pick up, please bring a government-issued photo ID and your order number or the Order Ready notification email.
Once my order is ready, how long will it be available for pick up?
Your order will remain available for a maximum of seven days from the first time you receive an Order Ready notification email. Orders not claimed after seven days may be subject to cancellation.
