SiteOne Stone Center had exactly what I was looking for in product, layout, and price. They have the separated piles of assorted sand, gravel & mulch that you drive up to, fill your buckets, then go in and pay. The staff was friendly.

Well, I finally had time to finish the project but I was missing 20 cap stones (Zen Wall). I went into the store today and was told I can’t order 20 caps, but I had to order a full pallet (90 pieces). I talked to the manager, and he told me that they won’t sell me the 20 I need, I have to buy the full pallet. Are you kidding me?! I asked him why. “We don’t want product sitting I our yard”. Um, okay...but isn’t that what your are? A yard full of product for customers to come and buy? What an egregious statement for a Central Alberta business. You know, I probably wouldn’t even be writing this if he would have met me half way, or offered to help me solve my problem. Nope. Nothing. I got the “f you, take it or leave it attitude.” I ended up calling a Burnco in Edmonton - they were happy to help me out...hmmm, well that’s customer service. In my opinion, these guys in Red Deer are WAY too cocky to deserve any business. They have the market in Red Deer, and they could care less about customers that have spent thousands of dollars in the past. #boycottburncoreddeer

How do I create an online account?
To create an online account, complete the Request an Account form in the top right corner of the screen. You'll need your SiteOne customer number. If you are not currently a SiteOne customer and would like to become one, please contact us by calling 1-800-SITEONE (1-800-748-3663).
Are all of your products available online?
Yes, the majority of our products are online. If you are looking for an item and cannot find it, you can add a note on your order when you check out or contact us.
What do I do if I cannot find what I'm looking for?
Please contact your local branch. If you are placing an order with other items, you can include a message to the branch with your order.
How do I place an order?
To place an order online, log-in, confirm your selected branch, and then add products to your cart. Once you have added items to your cart, then move to checkout. You may place an order for pickup or delivery.
I placed an order and would like to know the status.
You can see order status on the Open Orders and the Order History pages in the Account Dashboard. This will include all orders, not just those placed online. For more details on a pending order, please contact your selected branch.
How does the Buy Online, Pick Up in Branch process work?
When ordering online, select a SiteOne branch location for Pick Up. You’ll get an Order Confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your order, and an Order Ready notification when your order is ready to be picked up.
Is local delivery available when I buy online?
SiteOne offers local delivery on most orders within 60 miles of the branch. A delivery charge may apply
What if I need to return an item that I ordered?
To return any items, bring your order receipt with you to the SiteOne branch location where you picked up your order. Please refer to SiteOne’s current https://www.siteone.com/returns for details.
What do I need to bring with me to pick up my order?
For pick up, please bring a government-issued photo ID and your order number or the Order Ready notification email.
Once my order is ready, how long will it be available for pick up?
Your order will remain available for a maximum of seven days from the first time you receive an Order Ready notification email. Orders not claimed after seven days may be subject to cancellation.
How will I know my order is ready for pick up?
When your order is ready for pick up, you will receive an Order Ready notification email, which will include instructions for picking up your order.
