We bought a living room set, the loveseat had to go back it was ripped, the chair's arms weren't attached just sitting on the chair no screws holding them on, and the couch has screws falling out after a week of being in our home. Then it took just over 2 weeks to get a chair from Edmonton to Red Deer which is just under 2 hours away. Now I have to flip over the couch to try and figure out where the parts are missing. Never again will I deal with this shame of a business.

We spent Friday night shopping around, but we ultimately came back to Leon’s because of Michael’s customer service. He made the entire process comfortable and stress-free, and we’re so happy with our new living room set. Highly recommend Michael if you’re shopping at Leon’s!
- MKMardi KitchenDec 20, 20252.0Delivery men are fantastic! Leon’s stainless steel appliances seem to only come with dings. We’ve had to swap our stainless steel freezer (L2 brand) twice and still have dings on them. They’ve kept trying to just replace the freezer but each one comes with dings. We finally just settled with one with 3 dings on the front door, rather the first one with 7, and the second one that had front door dings AND damage to the side panels. We were promised for the third freezer they would inspect it at the warehouse so they didn’t deliver it an hour before finding out it was damaged…. Still came with 3 dings. We also had a day where our 3rd freezer was to come and they told us 15mins before they were set to arrive that they had loaded the truck wrong. All of this could have been avoided if they offered us money back, not a messily $200 in store credit. This was a $1100 product btw. Do not get anything Leon’s branded stainless steel.
