You definitely have to be a certain kind of person to receive friendly service from these guys, Cindy is always great, mikes getting robotic and his help (buffers) are just brick walls you can't get through. I can't shop here anymore, other locals are still friendly such as Coop home, Economy lumber, Alberta hardware.

Extremely Disappointed with the Service and Product Condition
I had a terrible experience dealing with this store regarding a shower door order. I was told I’d receive a call the next day with an update on the arrival—no one ever followed up. Every time I called, I was told the person who could help was either off or on a lunch break.
After multiple attempts, I finally got through to someone who said they’d get back to me that same day. Two hours later, I received a call saying the door had arrived. When I went to pick it up, it was clear the order had been sitting outside for quite some time. The hardware box literally disintegrated in my hands, and the box containing the glass was torn open and looked like it had been hit several times.
The lack of communication and the poor condition of the product were completely unacceptable. I won’t be returning, and I can’t recommend this store to anyone.

The owner of this store is super friendly, and a fellow animal lover.
I make the drive roughly once a month to go get dog food for my dog, whom is allergic to life! Tons of choices, quality dog food as well as other products for your animals needs!
One suggestion I would make however, if your dog food has a "buy program" with it, be sure to keep your receipts, as it appears some staff members either don't know the alphabet, or how to file alphabetically, or just dont write down your purchase in their " filing system." However, most staff members, along with owner is very accommodating when something like this arises.
