    Well we hadnt been in since John worked there, then we met Mike, 1/2 hr later we owned a new bed and couch , nice guy and had allot of info about the products, good exerience.

    Had a wonderful shopping experience, but unfortunately when picking up items bought realized they had to be put together!! Who would have thought you would have to put a cabinet together yourself. Luckily I have someone with the tools and the know-how that could put it together for me. Perhaps they should put a little sign on items ..ASSEMBLEY REQUIRED... just like they do with toys..

    My experience with The Brick in Medicine Hat has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. I purchased a Samsung QN75Q80F TV on January 21, 2026. The same day after installation, I discovered a defect on the screen (visible on light backgrounds, with no external damage). I reported the issue to the store the very next day, as advised by Samsung after their diagnostics confirmed there were no software issues. From that point on, I was constantly sent back and forth between the store and Samsung. The store claimed they could not proceed without Samsung approval, while Samsung clearly stated that they do not work directly with end customers and that the dealer must initiate the process. What made the situation worse was the complete lack of professionalism from the store staff. Every time I called, I had to explain the entire situation from the beginning to a new employee. I was repeatedly promised that someone would call me back or keep me updated — but not once did anyone actually follow through. The only time I received any response was after repeatedly pushing and sending follow-up emails myself. I provided all requested materials multiple times — pictures of the defect, the box, the invoice, and proof of communication with Samsung. Each time I was told that my case was being handled and that the process was being initiated. Then the store simply stopped responding after February 19. Now, more than two months later, I am being told that nothing can be done because the 30-day return period has expired — despite the fact that I reported the defect within one day of purchase. This clearly feels like a deliberate delay to avoid responsibility. I did everything correctly and on time. The store did not. Very poor customer service, unprofessional staff, and zero accountability. I would strongly advise others to think twice before purchasing electronics from this location, especially if you expect any support after the sale.
