They don’t have a phone number anymore. When you call, all automated options come down to “go to the website”. The chat function on the website is disabled, so you can’t call in to see if your order had arrived. When we drove down to speak to them, they had no record of our order despite us showing them the order confirmation from our email. Head office has made decision to streamline operations, which has compounded the disorganization of the individual stores. Their prices are great if you can remain patient with the absolute mess of their store.

Would like to start by saying that the two ladies that have answered my calls in regards to repairs have been fantastic! My couch that i purchased almost a year ago broke yet again, we have 5 year warranty (thankfully) so I had called March 23rd to get a technician here to see if the sleeper part of the sectional is able to be repaired. We were told we would be contact in 2-3 days. Great. A week goes by, haven’t heard a thing so I called again to be told that their manager hadn’t submitted our claim and that the following week we would hear from a tech. Again, no phone call. I called yesterday and the lovely lady that was helping me couldn’t give me a answer as to why I still haven’t been helped & told me that the manager that is dealing with my claim would be contacting me.. still haven’t heard a thing! I’m beyond disappointed & frustrated. I just want my couch fixed!

We had a wonderful experience in the Brick Lloydminster! The manager was very friendly, and both Shahid and Bev were incredibly patient while helping us. They took the time to explain everything in detail, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I truly appreciated their care and attention—I went home feeling very happy and confident with my purchase. Highly recommend!

I recently bought a sectional sofa and a bedroom set for my daughter from The Brick, and had a really great experience. Arjun helped me out, and he was super kind, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. He took the time to answer my questions and made the whole process feel relaxed, not pushy at all.
I genuinely appreciated the help and how smooth everything went. Definitely a positive experience overall!

If the customer is paying to have an old mattress removed then the store should give the customer a bag and communicate this to customer OR provide bags to the delivery people so they do not have to ask the customer for said bag and not have it and then the delivery people have to explain that said mattress can not be picked up. The delivery drivers I had were absolutely awesome and friendly but probably uncomfortable that they had to tell me that they could refuse my old mattress. They did take the old one. So my complaint is with the store and lack of communication somewhere, hence the 4 rating. I would rate delivery drivers a 10!

Yes. You may cancel your order by visiting any Brick location. Purchases made online and in store are refundable at any time prior to product delivery or pick up. Refunds are made only to the same credit or debit card used to pay for the order. Cash payments will be refunded to a debit card or via cheque and mailed to the person who paid for the order. Deposits on Special Order items are non-refundable.
Can I get my deposit refunded in cash if I paid in cash?
Unfortunately, not every Brick store will have enough cash on hand or the exact dollar amount required to refund your deposit in cash. We're happy to refund cash payments to a debit card, or via a cheque made out to the individual listed on the invoice.

You can either select 'Protect All Products' at the top of the warranty section, or specify which level of coverage you want for each individual product. Where does The Brick deliver?
Our Premium Delivery Service is available in most areas. For areas not served by The Brick's delivery team, we contract third-party courier and shipping companies. The Brick does not currently deliver or ship to anywhere in the United States, and online transactions from American customers cannot be accepted at this time.
