Delivery was a problem but considering the time of year it was expected. It all arrived in excellent condition. The delivery guys were awesome! They were quick and efficient. They even took the wrapping off and despised of it! Well done!

The pick up is horrendous here. Bought a mattress said it would be available to pick up Saturday. Went in around 2pm, told me it was still on the truck and to come back in 45 mins, came back said it was still on the truck and it would be done in 20-30 mins. I gave it an hour and it was still on the truck. Complete wast of my afternoon.
Not to mention the other 8-10 people that are waiting for their stuff. "We are still looking for it"

I was supposed to get all my sectional on 20th. I only received the corner wedge peice. They told me it wouldn't fit on truck. So with that said the delivery guys didn't set any of the other furniture up or take the boxes or garbage because they said they will be back on 23rd. Now its 23rd and the brick told me theres no sectional again, and we still have all the garbage with a TV that is still in box because we were told they have to inspect it. Not very good to be left before Christmas being over 60 and nowhere to sit. Can't hold family christmas sitting on the floor. Thanks brick.

They are on the boarder of Alberta and sask but are the only company that won't deliver to us on the sask side. Not only that, they say something is in stock and it "will be here on Tuesdays shipment" that Tuesday turns into saturday then now over a month wait on a "stock" item. Then we ordered another few things and promised that saturday, then Tuesday, then saturday and now Tuesday again. Frustrating! All that said, the sales service is decent. (Its almost like they get commission 😜)
Edited* received my stuff. The back guy weighed about 98 lbs soaking wet and waited for me to load everything. So not only can they not deliver to my location, they want you to load it all up. 😂 Judy the sales associate and one of the managers had to come and help him. It really was a ridiculous experience. I'll be shopping else where for all of our bedroom upgrades. Where they will deliver and assemble as the assembly was quite the job as well. All in all, Judy, Josh and a few sales associates are really friendly people but the overall experience wasn't great. Edit to add that the manager contacted me and offered me a 100 store credit for my troubles. They were also moving stores so I guess I should be more understanding. It was frustrating at the time but now im over it. 🤭 changed from 1 star to 4 purely for their customer service. Still not a fan of having to pick up and assemble it all myself. 😆
Edited yet again* the manager really went above and beyond to make this up to me. They would get 5 stars when they are able to deliver and assemble the items for us. 😊

Can I cancel my order and get a refund?
Yes. You may cancel your order by visiting any Brick location. Purchases made online and in store are refundable at any time prior to product delivery or pick up. Refunds are made only to the same credit or debit card used to pay for the order. Cash payments will be refunded to a debit card or via cheque and mailed to the person who paid for the order. Deposits on Special Order items are non-refundable.
Can I get my deposit refunded in cash if I paid in cash?
Unfortunately, not every Brick store will have enough cash on hand or the exact dollar amount required to refund your deposit in cash. We're happy to refund cash payments to a debit card, or via a cheque made out to the individual listed on the invoice.

Our Premium Delivery Service is available in most areas. For areas not served by The Brick's delivery team, we contract third-party courier and shipping companies.
