Ordered new refrigerator supposed to be delivered in a week. Morning it was to be delivered there delivery guy phoned from Edmonton said they never received from Calgary. Phoned Lloyd store they checked said would be delivered the following week, same thing some fellow from Edmonton called said they never received again. Called store again talked to Barry I’m assuming he’s manager, was all apologetic said he would make it right and call when got delivered , in meantime they said delivery outfit didn’t deliver to our location,so they said they had to get diffrent company.
Well we waited another week and finally the same delivery guy that was originally going to deliver it (no mention they didn’t deliver to my location)delivered our fridge which they didn’t a good job.
So no word from Barry about making it right so called him and he said he would have something ready by Friday.
Well I’m jumping up and down with joy Barry in his generous mood for 3 extra weeks with no refrigerator left me a gift certificate for$50 whole dollars that I can use at not just Rona Lloydminster but any Rona store I am so grateful that I will not be buying anything at that store again.
I think that is terrible service and compensation for almost 4 weeks with no refrigerator is a joke.
I would not recommend buying anything from them maybe that’s why there store is so empty of customers.
