Be aware that proof of contents insurance is mandatory! Read the fine print on the insurance they offer as it basically covers nothing so I was forced to purchase additional insurance for my contents to be properly insured. My welcome package included my entrance code which was "checked and verified in working order." I had originally planned to newly arrive in the city after hours. I arrived during business hours to an invalid code that had to be corrected. The storage locker was clean but after unloading my items, we discovered my lock would not work because the mechanism was for a cylinder lock only. I had to purchase a new lock. Between the mandatory insurance and cylinder lock purchase (which we were told was a standard rental lock now), do not reply on the fees quoted as there will be additional costs. The facility is also not fully paved so I found the amount of dust covering our stored items after four months was substantial.
