  We were having major problems with the extended warranty company and thanks to Crystal and her phoning and going to bat for us as we now have a good solution for our warranty request. We will now be receiving a beautiful new recliner so thank you Crystal or we would still be in the same situation. The Remingtons

  Had a great experience shopping here recently. Between my parents and I, We bought a few pieces (couple Sofas, a Rocker/Recliner, a Loveseat). Ron was our salesman and he did a great job communicating with us what offers were available, how their sales work, and after sale care. He wasn't pushy. He was very friendly and easy going. We did have some after sale issues with one piece (a cosmetic issue that happened during manufacturing) in which I had to deal with Crystal, their Customer Service Specialist. She was very professional. While the issue wasn't directly resolved, she did offer a solution that we accepted. One inconvenience we did have was a long wait for delivery (which was free if you spend over $799), they were scheduling delivery 2-3 weeks out which really sucked for us as our furniture was in stock and ready to go. You may want to arrange pick-up on your own if you need it quicker than what delvery can offer, which is what we ended up doing. Overall though, we had a great experience with Leon's Lethbridge.

  We have purchased numerous furniture items, appliances and accessories from Leon's over the years. The sales experience, price, quality, in-stock availability and delivery has always been top notch. Very happy on all counts with our latest edition, a large sectional for our family room.

  Bought a full set, we stood at the counter to pay for it. The girl was sitting there on her phone. Playing angry birds?? I don’t know but it was more important them us. The sales guy come over and said she will help us. I told him she was to busy on her phone. She put it down after I said something. Sh was not interested it is at all. I email Mr. Leon but they also ignored the email. SURPRISE.

  I would like to thank Crystal Lang for the exceptional service she gave my husband and I during our damaged fridge experience. We purchased a Whirlpool Fridge from Leon's and when we brought it home found it damaged. When I called the store we were told that we had to deal with this and were given a number to the Whirlpool 1-800 number. After several calls and so many times of hearing we have a 30 sec wait and still never talked to a person, we called the store again. Crystal helped by phoning their contact for Whirlpool, she helped us with pictures of the damages and finally got Whirlpool agree to take the fridge. Thank you Crystal, we are not sure what we would have done without your help and patience.
