The incompetence is strong in this location. Bought something in September and came broken and when bringing it up to them to try and get a working piece ordered in they say "it just got shipped out" every single time months apart. They need a serious overhaul in customer service as they only care until they get their commission.

The movers were very considerate of our home, the entry, walls and floors. Our new piece was assembled, positioned where we want it, and double-checked that everything is working properly. And they were fast.

We recently purchased a Valencia 5 piece sectional from the Grande Prairie store and despite loving the product, we had horrible customer service throughout the process. Firstly, through a miscommunication , we rented a trailer and prepared to pick up our sofa on a Saturday. I called Friday evening to see what time we could show up and was told the sofa had never been ordered. There was a bunch of back and forth with reasons being stated as “the store wasn’t told it hadn’t shipped” to “you didn’t pay in full (despite being told we could finish paying the day we pick up the couch)”. Needless to say there was a ton of back and forth, not to mention delay in delivery, with no real solutions offered as a show of appreciation or good faith. Since the arrival of the couch, I had a few questions for the sales lady regarding any ability to make an exchange for a second electric recliner piece. I’ve sent two emails in the last two weeks to her, with zero response. Even if the answer wasn’t an affirmative in my favour, I’d appreciate a response. Needless to say, this whole experience has made me wish we had gone elsewhere with our purchase - somewhere we’d have been treated like a person whose business is valued. I feel it’s important for The Brick to know that the customer service being offered under their name is horrendous and deterring repeat business, so I have reached out directly to them via their website. This is more of a PSA post - I recommend going elsewhere if you can.

The whole experience was really good until the delivery. The delivery people were excellent but their own policies prevented them from making me a happy customer. Their rules say they can't unbox anything out of town. So I al left with the most expensive Ikea furniture ever. Such a disappointing end to a great experience.

Can I cancel my order and get a refund?
Yes. You may cancel your order by visiting any Brick location. Purchases made online and in store are refundable at any time prior to product delivery or pick up. Refunds are made only to the same credit or debit card used to pay for the order. Cash payments will be refunded to a debit card or via cheque and mailed to the person who paid for the order. Deposits on Special Order items are non-refundable.
Can I get my deposit refunded in cash if I paid in cash?
Unfortunately, not every Brick store will have enough cash on hand or the exact dollar amount required to refund your deposit in cash. We're happy to refund cash payments to a debit card, or via a cheque made out to the individual listed on the invoice.

How do I add an extended warranty to my product?
An extended warranty can be added during the purchase process in store or online. Or if you've already completed an online order and decided you want to add a warranty, you can visit a Brick store to purchase a warranty up to 30 days after receiving your product. You can add a warranty to a product during the first step of the online checkout process. When you check out, you'll be asked if you want to add a warranty to each eligible product. You can either select 'Protect All Products' at the top of the warranty section, or specify which level of coverage you want for each individual product. When you have selected the preferred warranty for your item(s), click the 'Continue' button in the lower right corner of the page to continue with the checkout process. Check our Warranties and Protection Plans page for full details or discuss your options with a sales consultant in your local Brick store.
Where does The Brick deliver?
Our Premium Delivery Service is available in most areas. For areas not served by The Brick's delivery team, we contract third-party courier and shipping companies. Some products can also be shipped via Canada Post's shipping service. The Brick does not currently deliver or ship to anywhere in the United States, and online transactions from American customers cannot be accepted at this time.
