We purchased a floor model couch and we used a third party company to deliver it due to a) timing and b) cost. When the delivery company arrived for the couch they informed me immediately that the store employees had dragged it across the warehouse and it was not wrapped properly and was dirty and wet. Later that evening we went back to the store to inquire about the situation and the manager told me he was one of the guys who brought the couch out and it was not dragged. I knew this was untrue. It was dragged while still assembled because all 3 pieces had the same damage on them. It was dragged prior to being disassembled for delivery. It also was only partially wrapped in plastic. I put in a complaint asking them to check their cameras and sure enough, they sent someone out to have it cleaned for us. The furniture itself is great. The manager however, lied to our faces. I asked on a local FB group if anyone else had similar experiences and apparently this manager is shady with a lot of people. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Can I cancel my order and get a refund?
Yes. You may cancel your order by visiting any Brick location. Purchases made online and in store are refundable at any time prior to product delivery or pick up. Refunds are made only to the same credit or debit card used to pay for the order. Cash payments will be refunded to a debit card or via cheque and mailed to the person who paid for the order. Deposits on Special Order items are non-refundable.
Can I get my deposit refunded in cash if I paid in cash?
Unfortunately, not every Brick store will have enough cash on hand or the exact dollar amount required to refund your deposit in cash. We're happy to refund cash payments to a debit card, or via a cheque made out to the individual listed on the invoice.

How do I add an extended warranty to my product?
An extended warranty can be added during the purchase process in store or online. Or if you've already completed an online order and decided you want to add a warranty, you can visit a Brick store to purchase a warranty up to 30 days after receiving your product. You can add a warranty to a product during the first step of the online checkout process. When you check out, you'll be asked if you want to add a warranty to each eligible product. You can either select 'Protect All Products' at the top of the warranty section, or specify which level of coverage you want for each individual product. When you have selected the preferred warranty for your item(s), click the 'Continue' button in the lower right corner of the page to continue with the checkout process. Where does The Brick deliver?
Our Premium Delivery Service is available in most areas. For areas not served by The Brick's delivery team, we contract third-party courier and shipping companies. Some products can also be shipped via Canada Post's shipping service. The Brick does not currently deliver or ship to anywhere in the United States, and online transactions from American customers cannot be accepted at this time.
