    Have used the services of this location for many years. Service is always top notch and during the most recent renovations the staff was very accommodating during this challenging work while trying very hard to maintain minimal disruption.

    Fell behind on payments. Got into a position where I was able to make partial payments to catch up. They do not accept partial payments. Please make sure you understand this before you get a unit. Unit set for auction Oct 7th. A lifetime of pictures and sentimental items gone. Staff are kind, there is nothing they can do as they are bound by the terms of the contract. Make sure you understand this! And don't fall behind on your payments.

    We would recommend Sentinel Storage as a secure place of storage. We have used this facility even before it came under Sentinel Storage's care, and have never had to be concerned about the safety of our belongings being compromised. We really appreciated one time when we were alerted immediately because our unit had not been properly locked up. Thank you Sentinel!
