I’m leaving a review for The Brick with mixed feelings.
When we first came in to look for a mattress, the experience felt quite uncomfortable due to the sales approach. The consultants were constantly following us around and repeatedly asking what we were looking for. I understand that it’s their job, but it would be much more pleasant to first have some time to walk around, explore options, and then ask for assistance if needed. Because of this, we felt pressured and couldn’t relax while browsing.
Despite that, we did find a mattress we liked and confirmed all the details. We decided to visit another store to compare, but ended up liking the one from The Brick the most. A couple of days later, we checked availability and came back ready to purchase it.
Unfortunately, when we arrived, we were told the mattress was not actually in stock, and we were offered to go to another city to pick it up. This was very disappointing, especially since we had already arranged a truck to transport it. In the end, we had no choice but to order delivery and wait until the end of the week.
The mattress itself seems good — decent quality for a reasonable price, and we’re hoping it will meet our expectations once we start using it. However, the overall in-store experience and lack of accurate availability information left us with mixed feelings.

Had a great customer experience here! Have been looking for new couches for a long time, and staff here was very helpful in assisting us to make our decision. Salesman Dilpreet was extremely helpful, patient and knowledgeable during our shopping experience. We are pleased with our service and would definitely recommend to family and friends!

My wife and I purchased a leather sectional from the Brick Edmonton south Common store. The sales rep was good, the delivery was horrible. Two guys that did not have a clue how to setup the couch. I took pictures and went back to the store. Talked to Customer Service and they can’t send a technician out for two weeks which is unacceptable. Horrible Customer service. I will not be back to the South Common Store. They really don’t care after you make a purchase.

Can I cancel my order and get a refund?
Yes. You may cancel your order by visiting any Brick location. Purchases made online and in store are refundable at any time prior to product delivery or pick up. Refunds are made only to the same credit or debit card used to pay for the order. Cash payments will be refunded to a debit card or via cheque and mailed to the person who paid for the order. Deposits on Special Order items are non-refundable.
Can I get my deposit refunded in cash if I paid in cash?
Unfortunately, not every Brick store will have enough cash on hand or the exact dollar amount required to refund your deposit in cash. We're happy to refund cash payments to a debit card, or via a cheque made out to the individual listed on the invoice.

An extended warranty can be added during the purchase process in store or online. You can add a warranty to a product during the first step of the online checkout process. When you check out, you'll be asked if you want to add a warranty to each eligible product. You can either select 'Protect All Products' at the top of the warranty section, or specify which level of coverage you want for each individual product. Our Premium Delivery Service is available in most areas. For areas not served by The Brick's delivery team, we contract third-party courier and shipping companies.
