    My experience with the Brick has been terrible and I will not be going back to the Brick for anything. Everything including, the sale process, installation, quality of product, and service/warranty has been a challenge and disappointing. - In retrospect, the salesman did not know the product and services (sold venting equipment for a ventless dryer and delivery + installation in a community that the brick subcontracts will not install. the delivery crew actually showed up with the unit and wanted to just drop it off. They would not install (insurance reasons), despite what had been purchased and paid for). - The product was working but very poorly for just over 1-year so a manufacturer's warranty claim was not submitted. - The product became very faulty and unusable (electronics and operation are glitchy) after 1 year and i am still pursuing some sort of resolution from our 5-yr warranty. The Brick is happy to have me follow-up with the 3rd party insurer and ignore the terrible experience. In my opinion, they have not prioritized customer experience or stood behind the quality of their products.

    I really have a great experience with the delivery guys. They are very friendly and very helpful. They make sure that our washer and dryer are well installed and placed nicely. They really take good care of it while they’re moving the old ones and installing the new set. Highly recommend this branch and The Brick. All the people from Sales Person in their WEM branch, to the chat agents who helped me do the price match and up to the delivery guys. Worth the money. I will have to wait for test the actual washer and dryer sets to see if there’s any problem or issues but I hope it will be a best choice for us. Other than that, I had a very awesome experience

    Shopping, buying and delivery was all excellent, but have not slept on bed yet, tonight will be first night, hope bed is comfortable! So that was my post after purchasing my bed, stating hope bed is comfortable, well it has been a week of sleeping on what I can only describe as a total nightmare! Oh but wait! To have a nightmare you actually have to sleep! The firm Scott Living king size bed is equivalent to what I can only image as sleeping on a sheet of plywood or a layer of bricks! I toss and turn, get no sleep and when I crawl out of this horrific bed in the morning I feel as though I have fallen down a flight of stairs. Sore, achy and not rested. I did lay on and flop around on the firm demo model in the store and this bed I received feels nothing like what I experienced in the store, There is absolutely no give, it is rock solid HARD! A $1300 nightmare! Do not be fooled by the demos in the store, I think that because the demos have been laid upon by numerous people over time the beds have "give", yet the bed you receive is brand new and has no give, thus you are not getting the true feel of the bed you actually receive. Yes, I do like a firm bed, but this bed is beyond firm, it is a block of concrete! I had a firm bed for 25 years prior to buying this bed and it was wonderful from day one and was wonderful for 25 years. This bed has been just awful from day one but was hoping it would get better, not the case. I even put a 2 inch topper on, bed still feels like concrete! Be leery of demos in the store, not a true feel of what you actually get. Add insult to physical injury, out $1300!

    I am disappointed that I cannot give less than 1 star. We had purchased an electric reclining chair with a warranty. After less than 2years it completely lost all power. A service person dd come out and ordered parts We called and told part could take up to 6 months to arrive. Now all calls l placed to the service department are not answered, only a message to call back later no option to leave a message. Resorted to email and and got response that parts had arrived, That was almost 1 month ago and still no call fro service department, 2 further emails that have not been responded to. I tied calling the national office and was redirected back to WEM store and again received message to "call back later" . To say we are disappointed is an understatement. Our next move will be show up at the store to speak with management .

    I have had a terrible experience dealing with this store. I purchased a leather sectional with extened warranty in September. Within weeks the foam was compressed and uncomfortable. You could feel all the wood framing. It was creekung and making loud noises whenever sat on. After having a tech come out and look at it it they were going to replace all the foam. This would then use my warranty and most likely they problem would come back. I argued back and forth with the store for months. They wouldn't answer my calls or return my messages. Finally after weeks of being giving the run around and they agreed to let me reselect but refused to let me return the sectional for a refund . I went into the store to pick out a new one. The sales person told me the price I had available to reselect. The section was slim, I couldn't find a sectional i liked and eded up picking a love seat and sofa I wasn't happy with but I guess they would do. They were $40 more so I paid the difference. I went home packed the sectional up in two trucks and headed to the warehouse. I get there and have to wait over an hour because the store didn't do any of the retun paperwork. I try calling the store, they don't pick up the phone.. As usual. Finally the paperwork is done and the warehouse tells me I have a unpaid balance of $545. I try and call the store with no answer again, finally the lady at the warehouse gets ahold of them. They tell us they made a mistake when they told me the price for reelection and the difference was actually $600 not $40!!! Now Im across the city at the warehouse with two trucks (gas prices through the roof) waiting over and hour and a half and I owe them and other $545!!!!!! This wasn't my mistake, this was the sales person mistake. I left the store thinking eveything was paid in full and good. They refused to meet me in the middle even.. Compensation for my time waiting at the warehouse. Absolutely no customer service. I paid the bill, and now I have a love seat and sofa I dont even love and I'm out $600. Such a scam. I will never step foot in one of these stores again.
