  I recently hired Sparkle and Sheen to help clean my apartment and it looks better now than when I first moved in. Caitlyn and Bethann were amazing and the entire place is spotless ; floors, windows, kitchen , everything is clean and looks wonderful . Caitlyn and Bethann were pleasant, professional, thorough and clearly took pride in their work. Everything was cleaned to a high standard leaving entire apartment fresh and renewed. I didn’t think a stove could look so clean! I highly recommend sparkle and sheen and will not hesitate to hire again, thank you!

  Good cleaning service unprofessional staff only respond back in their own interest or go ghost. Over promised and undelivered. Cleaning techs do a good job cleaning

  This company hit a new low this past weekend. My nephew got married and had them booked to clean up the rented hall after the meal. THEY NEVER SHOWED UP AND WOULD NOT ANSWER CALLS!! So wedding guests had to cancel their evening plans and do the job Sparkle & Sheen was hired to do. Not exactly a perfect end to a beautiful day. Save yourself the stress and hassle and book with a business of integrity that cares about its customers and follows through with commitments! I can't wait to read their explanation for their no-show...IF they respond.

  Had such a great experience with Sparkle & Sheen for our move-out cleaning last Saturday! The place was left absolutely spotless. Honestly couldn't have asked for more. A huge shoutout to Adrian, Angie, and Samantha for their incredible work. They were professional, thorough, and paid attention to every little detail. You can really tell they take pride in what they do. Kudos to Serena for making this happen on such short notice. She really understood our situation and went above and beyond to get us scheduled, even though it was a weekend and a holiday for them. Highly recommend Sparkle & Sheen to anyone looking for a reliable and top-quality cleaning service! Thanks so much guys—please keep up the great work!

  We got our move out cleaning done by Sparkle & Sheen and while the cleaning itself was done great we also had booked a carpet cleaning service that was cancelled day of which put us in a tough spot as the new house buyers were moving in the next day. The communication during the original house cleaning was very good however the carpet cleaning machine breaking and not having another appointment available for about a week was quite frustrating. Getting a hold of the company is very easy and they have great customer service.
