  We registered on line and they called and set up an appt to complete the paperwork. When we arrived, she came outside as I was afraid to go up the stairs as my ankle is sore which I thought was so nice. She explained everything thoroughly and we are looking forward to storing our stuff during renos in our home.

She has a very positive attitude and went above and beyond to ensure all my questions were answered.   I’ve had a great experience with Sentinel Storage - Edmonton North. The facility is clean, secure, and easy to access. The staff are very professional and friendly. A special thank you to Archi Sh — she was incredibly helpful, kind, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for storage!

From the moment I walked in, Achie was welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. Customer service: Achie took time to understand what size unit I actually needed instead of upselling me. Explained the pricing, insurance options, and move-in specials clearly with no pressure. Efficiency: Paperwork was fast, and I was in my unit very fast. Also gave me tips on how to pack the unit to maximize space and keep things accessible. Facility knowledge: Knew the property inside-out pointed out the best loading bay to use, hours for gate access, and security features like cameras etc. Follow-up: While we were moving our stuff in, she came by to check if everything was OK and to see if we needed anything. That extra check-in really made us feel looked after. Achie made what’s usually a stressful errand feel easy. If you’re looking at Sentinel Storage, ask for Achie. Would rent from this location again specifically because of the service. Update : I must include that, every person I met on this location gave us an excellent customer service and friendly and warm welcome . Thank you All
