  Bill got us set up with the bedroom we wanted and delivered the day we wanted. He looked into all the fine details for us an hit the mark on everything with a big discount to top it off. I will be going back once the basement is ready.

  Felt very taken care of. Shahla listened to what we wanted, pointed to the locations of what we wanted, she stayed in the general area of where we were and the second we had a question she was there to answer it. No pushiness, just making sure she was there for us

  Just received our order from Leon’s today and we’re already dealing with major issues.(Connex 3-Piece Modular Sectional with Chaise and Drawer Console - Light Grey) The RAF chaise bottom arrived ripped, and the storage console with drawer has a broken electronic component that doesn’t work at all. This is extremely inconvenient and frustrating, especially for a brand-new purchase. We expected everything to be in proper condition on arrival, not damaged and unusable. Hoping Leon’s addresses this quickly, but definitely not a great first experience.

  Bought a kitchen table in June and in the last few months the top coat has been flaking off. I called to report the obvious manufacturing defect and to have it rectified and was informed that it was my fault. That it must be pooled liquid being left too long. I clarified that we always wipe the table down with a damp, microfibre cloth (a baby cloth at that!) when we are done eating and have never just left a spill. She said the damp microfibre cloth was too much moisture. How exactly are you supposed to wipe a table down?? This is a kitchen table, not an antique.. I see another review about what looks like the same table with the exact same issue. Apparently none of us know how to clean a kitchen table without having it deteriorate at the rate of a jug of milk.

  1 star even too much – Extremely disappointing experience I had multiple negative experiences with this store. First, they sold me a defective clothes dryer that caused an electrical short circuit and could have started a fire in my home. I was alone with my baby under one year old at the time, which made the situation especially dangerous and stressful. Second, they messed up a delivery and chose my only day off to correct their mistake. The item itself was minor, but the way they treated me was unacceptable — very rude and unprofessional, as if I was the problem. To resolve the situation, they offered a $50 refund to my card. However, when I followed up a week later, they denied it and claimed I was lying. Overall, the customer service is extremely poor. I would not recommend this store to anyone.
