  Had a great experience from start to finish with Leon’s! We walked in and were able to look at couches at our own leisure without any sales staff bothering us! We were able to pick the couch we wanted and easily found someone to help us when we needed them! Delivery was very fast, and the delivery crew was so polite, helpful and efficient. We love our set! Only thing I would critique is that when they deliver the furniture, delivery does not take the wrapping, cardboard and foam back to their warehouse, it’s the owners responsibility. This makes it difficult when there large packaging and it takes up your whole garbage bin or you have to make a special trip to the dump. But otherwise great experience!

  Great selection and great service. Eyad was a pleasure to deal with and very helpful. I made my selections and paperwork was complete but then days later I changed my mind on a couple items due to room size. I did this on 2 occasions, including switching from one bedroom suite to a totally different selection. Eyad was so patient and understanding with me. Communication was key whether in person or via phone. Eyad will be my “go to” salesman for any future purchases. Although he may run away if he sees me coming. Lol. Big shout out to the delivery team as well. Very professional and fast workers.

  I’ve ordered several things from Leon’s over the past 16 years, and I don’t think I’ve ever had a bad experience. I made the mistake of ordering furniture from competitors and it all fell apart within five years. The stuff I bought 16 years ago is still going strong. The only downside to Leon’s is trying to play hide and go seek with the sales staff in the showroom… but you can’t fault them. They’re on commission, I’d be doing the same. Every time I’ve had a delivery, the guys are awesome. The fellas delivering my couch today were great as well. All in all, Leon’s has always been a smart choice.

  We can't describe how frustrating it is being not only a repeat customer of Leon's but also how foolish I feel going back there as the result is always the same. Dishwasher came broken was a hassle to get it fixed let alone service with leon's. Fridge came dented and the freezer didn't work again trying to get Leon's to come out to rectify this issue was such a hassle. Our recliners came from factory from them with issues not working as it should and once again their customer service is atrociou Their entire customer service team is trained how to deflect issues and not actually be helpful meaning if you phone in they're going to place you on hold forever for and then if you ask for a manager again you're going to be left on hold and somehow the managers are always in meetings and their customer service team is trained very well how to deflect issues and not actually help you get things resolved. This is the last and final time I will ever shop at Leon's and I regretfully doing so throughout the last few years

  Ray was our salesman, he treated us perfectly, and helped find us exactly what we were looking for and the price couldnt be beat. He was very knowledgable, respectful of our shopping journey, and patient. Honestly, there were salespeople every where, but no one hounded you. They were just there when you needed them. We then needed something in a different department, Ray found us someone, Alla i believe, and he was also kind, patient, knowledgeable, and showed us a great deal. Would definitely shop at leons again.
