But when i came after helping him out, i noticed a chip on dining table and cracked paint also. Need better service

It has a base built in, making bed way too high for the handicapped person like me. It is completely unsuitable for the bed with wooden slats already instaled. I cannot sit on my bed and I have to literally, climb on it, which it is a struggle. This matress, like most from the Brick, is only good to put on the platform close to the floor. The service was very good but the way mattresses are displayed is deceiving and the staff knew that I needed the matress only. I am now searching for another mattress and mattress only. An update - January 5, 2026 Upon reviewing the warranty it became clear that Roy and his staff were fully aware that they are selling me a box/mattress set in one piece. In spite of me clearly stating that I need a mattress only, they let me have this item deceitfully displayed as mattress only. I spoke with the other man today (returning his call). He was rude and patronizing, treating me like child or a person with mental disability. The store staff chose profit above client satisfaction knowingly selling an elderly woman with physical disability an item she should be advised not to buy at all. Shame.

Yes. You may cancel your order by visiting any Brick location. Purchases made online and in store are refundable at any time prior to product delivery or pick up. Refunds are made only to the same credit or debit card used to pay for the order. Cash payments will be refunded to a debit card or via cheque and mailed to the person who paid for the order. Deposits on Special Order items are non-refundable.
Can I get my deposit refunded in cash if I paid in cash?
Unfortunately, not every Brick store will have enough cash on hand or the exact dollar amount required to refund your deposit in cash. We're happy to refund cash payments to a debit card, or via a cheque made out to the individual listed on the invoice.

You can add a warranty to a product during the first step of the online checkout process. When you check out, you'll be asked if you want to add a warranty to each eligible product. You can either select 'Protect All Products' at the top of the warranty section, or specify which level of coverage you want for each individual product. When you have selected the preferred warranty for your item(s), click the 'Continue' button in the lower right corner of the page to continue with the checkout process. Our Premium Delivery Service is available in most areas. For areas not served by The Brick's delivery team, we contract third-party courier and shipping companies.
