    When the delivery guy just took picture whereas i was not informed that order is complete because i was expecting 6 more items on this date. And upon him leaving i asked about the chairs, he said no thats it. No doubt he reviewed order at the front door while entering, but i figured only mattress missing in fact dining chairs were also not delievered which i could never find until the end. But when i came after helping him out, i noticed a chip on dining table and cracked paint also. Need better service

    Service was great. Staff were friendly and not pushy. Delivery service was AWESOME! They were so quick, in and out. The delivery team worked seamlessly together. Overall, highly recommend.

    Overall, I had a great experience with The Brick Mattress. Because the store focuses specifically on beds and mattresses, it didn’t feel crowded or chaotic with people shopping for many different things at once. The in-store staff were friendly, patient, and helpful throughout the process. The delivery experience was also excellent — communication was clear, scheduling was smooth, and everything arrived right on time as promised. The delivery team was professional, efficient, and very friendly.

    After a year of having the Brick mattress, I have to say that this is the worst thing I ever slept on. It has a base built in, making bed way too high for the handicapped person like me. It is completely unsuitable for the bed with wooden slats already instaled. I cannot sit on my bed and I have to literally, climb on it, which it is a struggle. This matress, like most from the Brick, is only good to put on the platform close to the floor. The service was very good but the way mattresses are displayed is deceiving and the staff knew that I needed the matress only. I am now searching for another mattress and mattress only. An update - January 5, 2026 Upon reviewing the warranty it became clear that Roy and his staff were fully aware that they are selling me a box/mattress set in one piece. In spite of me clearly stating that I need a mattress only, they let me have this item deceitfully displayed as mattress only. I spoke with the other man today (returning his call). He was rude and patronizing, treating me like child or a person with mental disability. The store staff chose profit above client satisfaction knowingly selling an elderly woman with physical disability an item she should be advised not to buy at all. Shame.
