Never ever buy anything at this location! Purchased, using cash on Oct 25th, a washing machine that was to arrive on 7th of November, it didn’t but that’s ok there are delays that’s understandable. Waited 3 days and nothing. Went there on the weekend to ask about it, they said next week and nothing, went again next weekend to find out it will be next weekend. What?!? Asked for the money back, they can’t give cash back. They take it but they can’t refund it!!! Must wait two weeks for a cheque! Almost a month they kept my money without providing the item purchased! What kind of a scam are you running there?!?

To be honest, I can never be disappointed with The Brick — I’ve always had great experiences with them. We recently purchased a freezer for my grandma, and the delivery team went above and beyond. The house was a bit cluttered, and since I’m pregnant, the guys were incredibly kind and helped make room to take out the old fridge. They not only removed it but also unboxed and set up the new freezer for us, plugging it in and making sure everything was perfect.
Honestly, such amazing service as always. The team was so helpful and respectful, and I truly appreciate it. I’ve had not-so-great experiences at Leon’s before, so I’m extra glad we went with The Brick this time. Definitely prefer The Brick over Leon’s any day!

I recently purchased a sectional sofa from your store, and I’m very disappointed with how the pieces fit together. When I tried to shorten the sectional, I realized that the corner piece does not attach properly to the middle seat, making it impossible to reconfigure the sofa.
Unfortunately, this was never mentioned by the salesperson when I made my purchase. I was told that the sections could be arranged freely, which was one of the main reasons I chose this model.
All I would like is to have the sectional pieces match and attach properly, or to receive help finding the compatible connecting part so that the sofa can be reassembled correctly. I don’t want a refund — I just want a functional setup that works as expected.
I bought an extra part of the sectionnal and believed that I will be able to change whenever I want . And of course I tried to find a solution with you that has been refused

Yes. You may cancel your order by visiting any Brick location. Purchases made online and in store are refundable at any time prior to product delivery or pick up. Refunds are made only to the same credit or debit card used to pay for the order. Cash payments will be refunded to a debit card or via cheque and mailed to the person who paid for the order. Deposits on Special Order items are non-refundable.
Can I get my deposit refunded in cash if I paid in cash?
Unfortunately, not every Brick store will have enough cash on hand or the exact dollar amount required to refund your deposit in cash. We're happy to refund cash payments to a debit card, or via a cheque made out to the individual listed on the invoice.

An extended warranty can be added during the purchase process in store or online. Or if you've already completed an online order and decided you want to add a warranty, you can visit a Brick store to purchase a warranty up to 30 days after receiving your product. You can add a warranty to a product during the first step of the online checkout process. When you check out, you'll be asked if you want to add a warranty to each eligible product. You can either select 'Protect All Products' at the top of the warranty section, or specify which level of coverage you want for each individual product. When you have selected the preferred warranty for your item(s), click the 'Continue' button in the lower right corner of the page to continue with the checkout process. Where does The Brick deliver?
Our Premium Delivery Service is available in most areas. For areas not served by The Brick's delivery team, we contract third-party courier and shipping companies.
