What a great experience!! I always love buying from the Brick. They seem to always have exactly what I need and I couldn’t be happier. Beth, my sales lady was such a joy!! She took the time to work out pricing for my washer/dryer and was a wealth of knowledge for all the questions that I had. She’s the best addition to the Brick Edmonton North. Last week we bought a king bed and it is missing two legs and whenever we call them everyone has a different answer and we can't even assemble the bed without those legs really bad customer service this was my second and last purchase.thank you

I had ordered a leather sectional and ottoman for my new home along with a leather bed frame. The guys showed up within the delivery window even tho I was the last delivery and they also gave me a heads up a few minutes before their arrival. Everything was delivered with care and placed in the right spot!! The guys were friendly, professional and fast without being careless ! I un wrapped everything and all items were in perfect condition. I will definitely order from the brick again and refer friends there also.

After dealing with many sales associates over the last 40 years I have seen it all. Have purchased before from The Brick, Leons, Best Buy and many others for our home needs. Thursday we decided to head to Trail Appliance for a new dishwasher but decided to stop at The Brick first to look around. There we met our sales associate Asmaa. She was knowledgeable, experienced, patient and freindly. By the time we where done, we bought a new dishwasher, stove, fridge and microwave. Asmaa was a pleasure to deal with and she will be the one we go to for our needs from now on!!!! We booked delivery for Saturday. The crew confirmed delivery Saturday between 8am - 11am. The delivery crew arrived about 8:30am and they were experienced at there job and very professional making the whole experience from start to finish a great experience.

Terrible experience, purchased a sectional during boxing week. We picked it up and waited 35 minutes at the warehouse while they tracked ot down. We get home and put it together and it's missing a headrest. We immediately text Riad the salesperson, he could care a less, just forwards a phone number, he made the sale, he's checked out. The nice lady who we spoke with was quite helpful and even called back a day later to tell us she has ordered it and we should hear something soon. 2 weeks go bye and not a word, I call again and it's not been shipped nor is anything even happened so wait another week we were told. 5 weeks pass and nothing so I call and say can we perhaps have a headrest from the display piece. She puts me on hold and comes back with a yes. No offer to have it delivered, no one says sorry, once they got paid you are on your own. I would strongly suggest you go elsewhere.

Can I cancel my order and get a refund?
Yes. You may cancel your order by visiting any Brick location. Purchases made online and in store are refundable at any time prior to product delivery or pick up. Refunds are made only to the same credit or debit card used to pay for the order. Cash payments will be refunded to a debit card or via cheque and mailed to the person who paid for the order. Deposits on Special Order items are non-refundable.
Can I get my deposit refunded in cash if I paid in cash?
Unfortunately, not every Brick store will have enough cash on hand or the exact dollar amount required to refund your deposit in cash. We're happy to refund cash payments to a debit card, or via a cheque made out to the individual listed on the invoice.

How do I add an extended warranty to my product?
An extended warranty can be added during the purchase process in store or online. Or if you've already completed an online order and decided you want to add a warranty, you can visit a Brick store to purchase a warranty up to 30 days after receiving your product. You can add a warranty to a product during the first step of the online checkout process. When you check out, you'll be asked if you want to add a warranty to each eligible product. You can either select 'Protect All Products' at the top of the warranty section, or specify which level of coverage you want for each individual product. When you have selected the preferred warranty for your item(s), click the 'Continue' button in the lower right corner of the page to continue with the checkout process. Where does The Brick deliver?
Our Premium Delivery Service is available in most areas. For areas not served by The Brick's delivery team, we contract third-party courier and shipping companies. Some products can also be shipped via Canada Post's shipping service. The Brick does not currently deliver or ship to anywhere in the United States, and online transactions from American customers cannot be accepted at this time.
