    Never ever buy anything at this location! Purchased, using cash on Oct 25th, a washing machine that was to arrive on 7th of November, it didn’t but that’s ok there are delays that’s understandable. Waited 3 days and nothing. Went there on the weekend to ask about it, they said next week and nothing, went again next weekend to find out it will be next weekend. What?!? Asked for the money back, they can’t give cash back. They take it but they can’t refund it!!! Must wait two weeks for a cheque! Almost a month they kept my money without providing the item purchased! What kind of a scam are you running there?!? Never buy here!

    To be honest, I can never be disappointed with The Brick — I’ve always had great experiences with them. We recently purchased a freezer for my grandma, and the delivery team went above and beyond. The house was a bit cluttered, and since I’m pregnant, the guys were incredibly kind and helped make room to take out the old fridge. They not only removed it but also unboxed and set up the new freezer for us, plugging it in and making sure everything was perfect. Honestly, such amazing service as always. The team was so helpful and respectful, and I truly appreciate it. I’ve had not-so-great experiences at Leon’s before, so I’m extra glad we went with The Brick this time. Definitely prefer The Brick over Leon’s any day!

    I recently purchased a sectional sofa from your store, and I’m very disappointed with how the pieces fit together. When I tried to shorten the sectional, I realized that the corner piece does not attach properly to the middle seat, making it impossible to reconfigure the sofa. Unfortunately, this was never mentioned by the salesperson when I made my purchase. I was told that the sections could be arranged freely, which was one of the main reasons I chose this model. All I would like is to have the sectional pieces match and attach properly, or to receive help finding the compatible connecting part so that the sofa can be reassembled correctly. I don’t want a refund — I just want a functional setup that works as expected. I bought an extra part of the sectionnal and believed that I will be able to change whenever I want . And of course I tried to find a solution with you that has been refused I will never buy there anymore
