We were greeted by Ashan (Ali). He was very friendly and did not make us feel pressured. He allowed us to browse and ask questions when we were ready which was nice! When we told him what we were looking for he showed us the perfect sectional that came in the colour we wanted. He was able to get us a fantastic Black Friday deal. The entire purchase went very smooth. I would highly recommend coming to Deerfoot Meadows and have Ashan show you around!

I've purchased a mattress at this location about 3 years ago because the Brick on 137th was recommended to me but they were SO RUDE and very sketchy. The person I dealt with 3 years ago at the 137th wanted to sell me only one matress in my price range (which was the showroom one and dirty) and wanted me to pay $100 under the table to remove the old mattress and refused to want to deliver to my location. I know this sounds so unreal but you can't make this up it was unreal I thought it was insane. I came here to this location on 10705 - 101 on the same day after that experience and it was a night and day customer interaction. they were so lovely and so wonderful and helpful and I ended up purchasing one from this location.
So fast forward to this year 2025 and two family members needed new mattresses. We had Nouf help us and she was so kind and so wonderful and so attentive it was unreal. She was very calm and patient while I helped talk to the family members about their options and Nouf was so patient and giving them her opinions and was never pushy but always gave us an idea of what they might like. After going through the whole process with Nouf, she ended up calling us to make sure our order was placed on her day off (she honestly shouldn't have, that was too sweet) and we had both mattresses ordered for two different timeframes which didn't bother them at all. Needless to say the delivery team both times were also completely amazing, quick, friendly and wonderful too.
Not all The Brick locations are the same but this one, small but so wonderful in what they do I highly recommend. Thanks again Nouf!

I made my first purchase with Ola a while back and came in today to finalize it and pick up a few more things. Ola was off, but Jignesh helped me and he was just as awesome. Both of them were super helpful and easy to deal with. Really appreciate the service — I definitely recommend The Brick!

No shortage of staff to help. High pressure sales techniques are at play. Approved for financing at 34% interest and when I changed my find and paid a different way they tried to pressure me to use the financing so they could get credit. Was told the item was not in stock and would not be in until December and when I was ready to walk away they found one that could be picked up at the warehouse. I did make the purchase but could have easily waiting and bought somewhere else. There was nothing special or exceptional about the experience and it was a regular prices value item that could have been bought at any time.

Can I cancel my order and get a refund?
Yes. You may cancel your order by visiting any Brick location. Purchases made online and in store are refundable at any time prior to product delivery or pick up. Refunds are made only to the same credit or debit card used to pay for the order. Cash payments will be refunded to a debit card or via cheque and mailed to the person who paid for the order. Deposits on Special Order items are non-refundable.
Can I get my deposit refunded in cash if I paid in cash?
Unfortunately, not every Brick store will have enough cash on hand or the exact dollar amount required to refund your deposit in cash. We're happy to refund cash payments to a debit card, or via a cheque made out to the individual listed on the invoice.

An extended warranty can be added during the purchase process in store or online. Or if you've already completed an online order and decided you want to add a warranty, you can visit a Brick store to purchase a warranty up to 30 days after receiving your product. You can add a warranty to a product during the first step of the online checkout process. When you check out, you'll be asked if you want to add a warranty to each eligible product. You can either select 'Protect All Products' at the top of the warranty section, or specify which level of coverage you want for each individual product. When you have selected the preferred warranty for your item(s), click the 'Continue' button in the lower right corner of the page to continue with the checkout process. Our Premium Delivery Service is available in most areas. For areas not served by The Brick's delivery team, we contract third-party courier and shipping companies.
