The bricks website clearly showed which appliance was in-stock and ready to ship quickly, very nice when shopping for a new washing machine. The delivery team was professional and friendly. They connected machine without me asking. It was so nice to see a dynamic delivery team duo consisting of a seasoned professional mentoring a new enthusiastic employee.

I had a fantastic experience at The Brick thanks to Joseph Varkey. He was incredibly friendly and patient, taking the time to understand what I was looking for and explaining the different options without any pressure. Joseph’s product knowledge was impressive, and he walked me through the deals clearly so I could make an informed decision. The entire team was welcoming and helped create a pleasant shopping environment. I felt genuinely valued as a customer, and I left with a great deal on exactly what I needed. If you’re shopping for furniture, I’d definitely recommend The Brick located on 10705-101 Street Edmonton, Alberta and specifically ask for Joseph—he goes above and beyond to make the experience positive. I’ll be returning for future purchases and will certainly pass along the recommendation to friends and family.

Lana was excellent, she was knowledgeable and was great help with finding me a suitable washer/dryer for my condo. Thanks for your help!
Only thing I will say is getting a hold of anyone at that store over the phone is near impossible, I called about 20 times today to pay for a vent needed for the dryer and they only answered the phone twice out of all those calls, very frustrating. Their excuse was "were so busy" not great
On the other hand delivery was fast and easy, appreciate it.

I bought wall mount clock from this store but I was in doubt if it was gonna work or not. Asked them if I had to come back to the store in case I wanna return it. Dustin said that I should go to the distribution centre if I want to return it. But three days later when I went there to return it I was asked by the distribution centre customer service that I need a confirmation. I called the Bricks in this location and the manager named Samuel told me to bring it back to them. And he tried to enforce me to come back while covering the fault for the sales manager Dustin. The way Samuel talks is so rude and unprofessional. Consider another Bricks store coz this one is gonna cost your time and money.

Haven't had the best or worst experience shopping at the brick but they go from a three to a two star for me as I will never come to the store now as every single Spotify commercial is a horrible brick commercial. Find a better place to advertise. It's just annoying having Spotify commercials on top of everyone being the brick in a row

Can I cancel my order and get a refund?
Yes. You may cancel your order by visiting any Brick location. Purchases made online and in store are refundable at any time prior to product delivery or pick up. Refunds are made only to the same credit or debit card used to pay for the order. Cash payments will be refunded to a debit card or via cheque and mailed to the person who paid for the order. Deposits on Special Order items are non-refundable.
Can I get my deposit refunded in cash if I paid in cash?
Unfortunately, not every Brick store will have enough cash on hand or the exact dollar amount required to refund your deposit in cash. We're happy to refund cash payments to a debit card, or via a cheque made out to the individual listed on the invoice.

An extended warranty can be added during the purchase process in store or online. Or if you've already completed an online order and decided you want to add a warranty, you can visit a Brick store to purchase a warranty up to 30 days after receiving your product. You can add a warranty to a product during the first step of the online checkout process. When you check out, you'll be asked if you want to add a warranty to each eligible product. You can either select 'Protect All Products' at the top of the warranty section, or specify which level of coverage you want for each individual product. When you have selected the preferred warranty for your item(s), click the 'Continue' button in the lower right corner of the page to continue with the checkout process. Where does The Brick deliver?
Our Premium Delivery Service is available in most areas. For areas not served by The Brick's delivery team, we contract third-party courier and shipping companies. Some products can also be shipped via Canada Post's shipping service. The Brick does not currently deliver or ship to anywhere in the United States, and online transactions from American customers cannot be accepted at this time.
