The bonus is that I got a huge discount for the time that I needed it for. Also when I went to put my belongings into the unit someone else had taken the unit I initially paid for and because it was Sunday they weren’t opened for me to find a solution. I decided to find the only empty unit that was available which was bigger than the one I paid for and put my stuff in there. I called them Monday morning to let them know what happened. Les just happened to answer. He was apologetic and did the paperwork for the bigger unit at no extra charge. Super impressed with the service. Moving is stressful sometimes and this just helped bring in ease for me. Thanks so much!!
