The service was extremely slow, and they repeatedly stated that certain tasks were “not their responsibility,” even though those tasks clearly fall within their job duties. Because of this attitude and lack of initiative, a simple process took much longer than necessary and resulted in a significant waste of our time. The overall impression was that the staff was uninterested in helping and lacked basic customer service skills. I hope management addresses this issue, as this level of service is unacceptable.

Upon arriving my code doesn’t work, no staff is available and nobody is manning a phone line. After being promised the hours I would have access this is very disappointing and I will not be bringing my business back. I strongly advise others to stay away as well if your time matters to you at all.
