Rona is great for your shopping needs lots of parking excellent service and pro staff I would go back I personally find it little far from my place but it’s worth it to drive there.

Just had the most pleasant interaction with staff member Robert . From the moment he greeted us he was exuberant, polite , friendly and most of all extremely helpful. Take a bow sir. Then please take a promotion to coach all other staff members on customer service!!! Great job!

I rarely step foot in rona and when I do, I always regret it. My latest trip to this location was frustrating right from the start. The place isn't staffed well at all yet they have 4 managers on duty on this day.
When I spoke to one manager about my experience, his response is that he would talk with his floor staff. Buddy, this IS a management problem. Mangment cannot staff the floor, it has nothing to do with the floor staff. None of my concerns have anything to do with floor staff.

We walked in with our dog not observing the no dog sign.
1. Sign was really non existent because it was too small.
2. Don’t ask if we needed help
3. Gives us attitude about the dog
4. No sign by the contractor door saying no dogs allowed.

I would give zero stars if I could! My mom who is in her mid 60’s, ordered cabinets and countertops from them. This was back in August. The cabinets came-late! The countertops still have not been installed! 2 months later, she keeps getting the run around “this week, by Friday” etc. still over 2 months and nothing. They said they were coming today-NOPE. No phone call nothing, she has had to call and go in multiple times which is getting no where! Even though She has been in the location many times, spoken with the manager and still nothing! I would not recommended RONA to anyone especially this west end location.

How do I know if my order is ready to be picked up?
When you order online, choose the option “Pick-up in store“ at checkout. You will receive an email confirming that your order is ready. Use the Pick-Up Scheduler to select the time slot that suits you. Park in one of the designated Curbside Pick-up spots, call the store, and an associate will bring your order to your vehicle. Yes, we offer a delivery service. All products can be shipped by parcel their delivery is free with any $49 and more purchase. What are the terms and conditions of making payments online?
You can use a Mastercard, Visa or Rona credit card to pay for your purchases online — by entering the cardholder name and address on the account statement when you make your purchase. Is my online order confirmation page considered an official receipt?
No, your official sales receipt will be given to you when you complete the transaction at the store where you pick up your items. You will need to bring your "Ready for Pick-up" email with you as proof of purchase. This notice includes a copy of your consumer agreement. You should keep it in your records for future reference.
When will my online payment be processed?
Upon confirmation of your order, we will validate the credit card you used. The payment will automatically be charged to your card when the transaction is completed online.
How much time will it take to process my order?
Most of the products you can purchase online are available within 2 hours of placing your order. You can check the final processing time for your order at the top of your shopping cart page. If one of the items on the order is available within 7 to 10 days, it will take us 7 to 10 days to get it ready for pick-up or delivery.
Where should I go to pick up my order?
When you receive an email from us telling you that your order is ready for pick-up, simply go to your selected store and locate the pick-up zone poster. You must bring your identification.

How do I know that truck/van is available for rental at RONA+ location?
If you see a truck or van parked at the store, that’s the first sign that it’s available for rent. To save yourself a trip, you can call the RONA store’s customer service desk ahead of time to confirm availability. Rentals are offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
How do I qualify for the vehicle rental?
To rent a vehicle, you must:
> Be at least 21 years old
> Hold a valid full driver’s license (not a graduated license)
> Provide proof of insurance in your name
> Present a major credit card
NOTE: For the Province of Saskatchewan, the customer must be at least 21 years old, have a valid driver’s license.
Do RONA+ charge deposit for the truck/van rental?
A deposit of $500 for all rentals will be charged before we rent the van to a valid credit card. After inspection deposit will be refunded less the rental fee when customer return the van/truck.
How do I pay for the truck/van rental?
We accept all major credit cards.
Please note that cash, checks, gift cards, money orders, or prepaid visa cards are NOT accepted as payment for vehicle rentals. Store associates do not receive discounts on truck rentals and are charged the same rental fee as the customer.
Do RONA offer insurance for the vehicle rental?
At this time, RONA+ does not provide rental insurance. You’ll need to use your own liability insurance that covers non-owned vehicle rentals. Please make sure the proof of insurance is under the renter’s name.
What is your return policy for truck / van rental?
Returns are simple! When you bring back the vehicle, we’ll do a quick walkaround inspection and check the fuel gauge. As long as the vehicle is in the same condition and fuel level as when you rented it, you’re good to go.
