I am also out funds for two plumbing visits and another in my future, and my renovation has been delayed yet again. I am not happy with American Standard. However, I am very happy with the RONA Southside customer service, Efrem T. and Darren S. and their commitment making this right for me. They have both gone above and beyond their due diligence in this situation.

Okay, asked if someone could assist with just getting the bale of potting soil we needed. Not a chance. Employee was unhelpful and just very surprised we would even ask. Went to Canadian Tire, no problem they had someone go grab what we needed and brought it in for us to purchase. Embarrassing experience, I hope this gets forwarded to the store management for improvement.
