I bought paint here. I needed to paint the shelves and cabinets in the kitchen. I don't know anything about it and decided to ask for help. I was consulted by a woman from the paint department. And she advised me this paint. But when I painted the kitchen, the paint started to peel off, and I decided to read about it. And it turned out that it was paint for walls and ceilings. Now I have to cover it with additional varnish so that this paint doesn't peel off completely, since I painted my entire kitchen. This is an additional expense for me. Thank you for the help, I won't go there for help again!

Extremely disappointed with RONA’s service!
This has been one of the most frustrating experiences we’ve ever had. We received no updates or notifications about our delivery — absolutely no communication at all. When we contacted customer service, no one could provide any information, and we were told to reach out to the store. The store, however, had no details either.
Our scheduled delivery was not completed, and as a result, we’re now facing additional costs and inconvenience — we had already booked a plumber and installer for tomorrow, and this delay completely disrupts our plans.
For a company like RONA, this level of disorganization and lack of communication is completely unacceptable. We truly expected a much higher standard of service and hope this issue is taken seriously.

Terrible return experience
I tried to return a product at RONA, but they refused to take it back, saying it was a final sale. However, there was nothing written on the receipt or mentioned at the time of purchase. The staff were unhelpful and did not explain properly. Very disappointing service — I won’t be shopping here again.

Hey this is harry we are getting most stuff from rona and we know that Rona is division with dicks lumber so same branch. We get price match from all other division of rona but. Rona in south common they do not match the prices. My brother called them this morning and they said yes we do. When we reach in person they do not.
The person name jonathan knows we match the prices but due to high pressure of there managers he also says no which we understand. But others rona except this division we have all the pay slips with us of rona full price match with dicks lumber. I do not understand things about it. When i said them can i talk to higher manger about it. They said we got this from our marketing team. Thats their answer. We came to rona and this rona waste our time as always. One guy name vishal he is nice guy he knows we match the prices .he never disappointed. So please Rona get your this division in control before its to late. Your rating is already down due to this kind of behavior of your mangers

How do I qualify for the vehicle rental?
To rent a vehicle, you must:
> Be at least 21 years old
> Hold a valid full driver’s license (not a graduated license)
> Provide proof of insurance in your name
> Present a major credit card
NOTE: For the Province of Saskatchewan, the customer must be at least 21 years old, have a valid driver’s license.
Do RONA+ charge deposit for the truck/van rental?
A deposit of $500 for all rentals will be charged before we rent the van to a valid credit card. After inspection deposit will be refunded less the rental fee when customer return the van/truck.
How do I pay for the truck/van rental?
We accept all major credit cards.
Please note that cash, checks, gift cards, money orders, or prepaid visa cards are NOT accepted as payment for vehicle rentals. Store associates do not receive discounts on truck rentals and are charged the same rental fee as the customer.
Do RONA offer insurance for the vehicle rental?
At this time, RONA+ does not provide rental insurance. You’ll need to use your own liability insurance that covers non-owned vehicle rentals. Please make sure the proof of insurance is under the renter’s name.
What is your return policy for truck / van rental?
Returns are simple! When you bring back the vehicle, we’ll do a quick walkaround inspection and check the fuel gauge. As long as the vehicle is in the same condition and fuel level as when you rented it, you’re good to go.
