  Bought a couch last week. Was delivered sunday. Ended up being too big to fit through the last door. Had to return it. It has been 2 days of me trying to get a hold of someone to get a different couch yet no one will return my calls. Guess im just getting a refund now and going somewhere else. Shows little to no effort in helping me rectify the situation

  I came to this location and found two couches I was ready to purchase. When I asked to talk to the manager about an inquiry the sales rep Viprim (V) refused to have us talk to her. I then went to talk to the receptionist and was abruptly interrupted by V. I was shoked and walked out without finalizing my purchase. Terrible service and they lost a sale due to their unprofessional mannerisms.

  We had a great experience at Leon’s thanks to Ahmed. He was professional, knowledgeable, and very patient in helping us choose the right items without any pressure. He explained everything clearly, answered all our questions, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Customer service like this really makes a difference. We would definitely recommend asking for Ahmed if you’re shopping at Leon’s!

  We bought the Jessica Sofa set. Price was unbeatable. We checked a few other stores and no one else had a sofa set that we liked as much and for the price. I dealt with Harvey over the phone and then he helped us with the purchase - he went the extra mile and saved us a few more $. Friendly, not pushy and very patient with all my questions. This was our first time truly shopping at Leon's and we'll definitely be back in the future. Great prices, great selection, and no pushy sales.

  Order made at South location but deliveries are made by the North location, they work together very poorly. At this point, I would not recommend ordering from Leon's. My order was originally placed at the end of July/start of August for a small sectional sofa and nesting coffee table - both in stock. First delivery, both damaged. They attempted to replace the coffee table 3 times and I finally asked to return and get a refund. I had to chase for my refund and have them ensure they refunded the full price - the item and warranty that I'd no longer be able to use. The sofa has been returned twice, third time needed an order from the manufacturer which I can understand a delay in scheduling delivery. Finally come to the day to have the delivery and they show up 4 hours outside of the delivery window causing me to be late for a function, prior to their arrival I did ask for rescheduling as I could see the issue coming my way. Come to the following delivery day and they indicate they "attempted delivery", no doorbell ring, no knock, no footprints in the snow and now they say it's "my fault" I was unprepared during the full window when they've been at the end ot past said window each time prior. Many days have been spent sitting around for Leon's, then cleaning up after their staff post-attendance and their office staff have no care or concern on the frustrations of customers. Friends and family buy here but will not be based on my recent experiences.
