  Bought a table , assembled it , very solid seemed good. 7 months later the finish on the top started flaking off in random spots. Scrape it with your nail and it just keeps going. Sent in photos and asked what kind of warranty the manufacturer had.. they said no problem. Your options are $100. Credit to have it repaired or replacement.. well since I'm 3h away from Edmonton and there is no one around who could refinish this top I chose replacement.. 2 weeks went by with no response. Then finally the response came back as we are not replacing the top as the photos show normal wear. Recommended using placemats, coasters and using a dry towel to wipe the table down.. last table I had was 20 years with no surface wear and now this one is 7 months.. no backing their products and warranty means nothing. Even though I was told in 2 emails it would be replaced. I was just waiting to see if they had a new one in stock. Painfully disappointed..

  I purchased a sofa from this store for $4000, and unfortunately, it was very disappointing. Shortly after delivery, the sofa showed problems with its quality, and it does not feel worth the high price I paid.
