    I've used Leon's pretty much exclusively for 25 years. Appliances, furniture, TVs. I have the receipts to prove it. Usually the customer service has been cordial and respectful. However, these experiences were are at stores other than Edmonton south. My experience with this store have been abysmal. First, the range I ordered was "lost" in transit. It took several weeks for the range to arrive. When it did, it was not the range I ordered. Second, I arranged and paid for delivery; when it came time for the delivery, I was told they do not ship to my address. I had to rent a truck to pickup my fridge at a depot. Third, I paid for warranties on the fridge and stove, however the warranty on the range was not activated. I found this out by calling the warranty providered, King and State. I have tried to contract Melissa and Adam about this issue for the past 3 weeks. No will return my calls, and have been hung up on several times while wait for Melissa to come to the phone. This is completely unacceptable. I warn you to carefully consider purchasing anything from this store. Edit. Their response is mistruthful. I explicitly asked if the applicances will be delivered to my house. I was ASSURED it was door to door delivery. A depot was never mentioned until the time of delivery: not the time of purchase. I was not happy with my conversation with Melissa today. I was hung up on and ignored by the staff for several weeks, But do go on. I will be calling corporate on Monday. I'm am done with Leon's.

    I'm extremely disappointed with my recent experience. The package arrived ridiculously late, and I've been waiting over two months for a technician to fix my wardrobe mirror issue, with no response from the company. To make matters worse, they charged me upfront without guaranteeing service. Additionally, the dining chairs I received require constant tightening of screws, which is unacceptable for the price I paid. For the mattress box, i ordered 9” but they got me 5”!! Overall, I'm thoroughly dissatisfied with the quality and service.

    Worst Customer Service Ever! I ordered a Glider Recliner from Leons on September 23rd, and it’s been nothing but a nightmare since then. They promised to call me once the product arrived — that never happened. I’ve been calling them over and over, and every time they say they’ll call back, but they never do. Today Nov 11 when I called again, they casually said, “Oh, it’s here, you can come pick it up.” Seriously? When I asked why no one bothered to call me, their answer was literally “I don’t know.” Absolutely ridiculous. No professionalism, no communication, and zero respect for customers. If this is how they treat people after taking their money, then Leons seriously needs to fix their customer service — or just shut it down.

He took the time to understand what we were looking for and guided us through different options without any pressure.     Our experience at this location was fabulous thanks to Yen! My partner and I entered the building and three male sales representatives/employees had stared at us and walked by. Then they started talking amongst themselves as we looked around on our own. Thankfully, Yen had approached us after a few minutes of browsing and jumped in to help. She was very informative, kind, and professional. She made our experience great. We bought quite a few sets of furniture for our big move! We got gorgeous pieces at amazing prices. Yen made the process easy, fast and seamless. We left the store with 12 items of furniture, that will be delivered right to the door within 1 day of working with Yen. Fantastic sales representative. I’d highly recommend Yen for other customers coming to the store.
