    Lynn at The Brick in Drumheller is very knowledgeable and super helpful with all areas of the store. The prices meet or beat any of the city furniture/appliance stores.

    After six months of using the sofa, two buttons responsible for folding and unfolding stopped working, leaving the sofa stuck in the unfolded position. On Monday, I contacted the staff and urgently asked them to resolve the issue. I clearly informed them that I would be celebrating my son’s birthday in a week and that the problem needed to be resolved by Monday at the latest, at least to fold the sofa. I was assured that a technician would contact me and come on Wednesday. On Wednesday morning, I stopped by again to remind them about my request, but no one called and no one showed up. On Thursday, I called once more and was told they were very busy, with another promise that the issue would be resolved by Saturday. It is now Saturday evening. No calls, no visit, no solution. Promises are repeatedly ignored, the customer is misled, and the level of service is unacceptable. This is an absolute lack of responsibility from the staff and a complete absence of customer care. I am extremely disappointed with this experience.

    Lynn and Len at the brick in Drumheller gave me excellent service. We recently purchased a beautiful sofa and love seat and a TV, very knowledgeable and incredibly intuitive when we needed time to discuss privately. I love that they are happy to price match. Thanks again Lynn and Len your dedication to customer service and to our community does not go unnoticed.

    Have purchased items from The Brick Drumheller over the years and have always had great service. This purchase on January 27, 2026 was no different. Lynn answered my questions a few weeks prior gave me all the information I needed to ensure I was making the right choice, at the best price. She was equally as helpful when I went back to make the purchase. Job well done!

    We entered the Brick in Drumheller, knowing we needed a new dishwasher. They approached us kindly as we walked in and from there on out the Manager/ owner was more than kind, knowledgeable and willing to not only answer all our questions, but he would find the answer if he didn't know it. We gratefully left knowing we would have a new dishwasher the next week and gave us great custome service. Thanks to the Brick for a great experience! Will return for future purchases!
