My delivery time was changed after booking, and despite clearly saying I was only available after 2:00 PM, they scheduled it earlier anyway. Trying to fix it was a headache—no way to reach a real person, and no real help from the online team. The only bright spot was the delivery crew—Jason and Travis were fantastic. They went out of their way to make it work and were great to deal with. Unfortunately, everyone else involved made this a frustrating and unnecessarily difficult experience.

Then was called by that store saying that I could only pick up from the main distribution centre. This wasted so much of our time. Super disappointing. Then waited an hour to pick up at the distribution centre. Is this your way of having people pay the $89 for delivery? Cause this was super frustrating and no one communicated well through out the process.
