- NBNico Banaag1 day ago2.0Disappointed with the quality of this chair. After using it normally for 3-4 months, a visible crack has developed. For something that should handle everyday use, this kind of cracking is concerning. It affects both the appearance and confidence in its durability. I expected better craftsmanship and longer lasting quality. I wouldn’t recommend this if you’re looking for something sturdy or long-term.

Our salesman was named Steve.He did a great job gave us a great deal and was very informative and answered all questions to our satisfaction. I would highly recommend him as a sales person to anyone looking for items at the brick.

After my conversation with Fatima at The Brick re the dent, I was told that we could use the fridge until the other one comes in the warehouse as we were without a fridge for 3 weeks already. Both Tom and James brought the fridge inside our home very carefully and took the old fridge out too in the same manner. Once again 5🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 for these guys. Thank you.

He said no problem as they would take it back if it didn’t fit When I returned it the manager told me I should not believe the salesperson but instead load up the website, read their return policy and put no stock into the word of their salesperson Stuck with a 30% restock fee. Buyer beware - hard to deal with liars.

She told me I had to wait two days, I bought on Thursday and she said delivery Sunday, that’s 3 days… come to get a notification morning of the truck allegedly broke down and now they want me to wait until Tuesday. This doesn’t work for me at all. I’m without a fridge and came to a company that should be able to accommodate their customers. I called Archie the morning of when I found out and she said she would get back to me. Never called me back. Ended up cancelling my order cause neither her or the manager of this location goes out of their way to help their customers. I would highly recommend to never purchase from here. Archie is sales driven and all she cared about was upselling me warranty and other things for the fridge, and when problems happen she said “this is not a sales problem” pretty sure it is a sales problem until my order is delivered… good thing I cancelled if this is how you get treated in the end

Can I cancel my order and get a refund?
Yes. You may cancel your order by visiting any Brick location. Purchases made online and in store are refundable at any time prior to product delivery or pick up. Refunds are made only to the same credit or debit card used to pay for the order. Cash payments will be refunded to a debit card or via cheque and mailed to the person who paid for the order. Deposits on Special Order items are non-refundable.
Can I get my deposit refunded in cash if I paid in cash?
Unfortunately, not every Brick store will have enough cash on hand or the exact dollar amount required to refund your deposit in cash. We're happy to refund cash payments to a debit card, or via a cheque made out to the individual listed on the invoice.

An extended warranty can be added during the purchase process in store or online. Or if you've already completed an online order and decided you want to add a warranty, you can visit a Brick store to purchase a warranty up to 30 days after receiving your product. You can add a warranty to a product during the first step of the online checkout process. When you check out, you'll be asked if you want to add a warranty to each eligible product. You can either select 'Protect All Products' at the top of the warranty section, or specify which level of coverage you want for each individual product. When you have selected the preferred warranty for your item(s), click the 'Continue' button in the lower right corner of the page to continue with the checkout process. Where does The Brick deliver?
Our Premium Delivery Service is available in most areas. For areas not served by The Brick's delivery team, we contract third-party courier and shipping companies. Some products can also be shipped via Canada Post's shipping service. The Brick does not currently deliver or ship to anywhere in the United States, and online transactions from American customers cannot be accepted at this time.
