I should have elaborated more with my original review, but I was excited to load up my new fridge!
The salesman who helped me was knowledgeable and very efficient. I was in and out of the store within 45 minutes (just how I prefer it). His estimation of when my new fridge would be in stock was spot on and the delivery process followed just the way he said it would. Later, when the appliance was being delivered, the gentlemen who arrived took great care in not damaging the appliance or my home. My townhouse is old, the door is small, and there are walls everywhere, but they magaged without complaint. They even offered to help me put the front door and gate back on (removed to accommodate the size of modern fridges), but I declined so they could keep their impressively accurate schedule. This Brick location is closest to my home, and I'm a repeat customer, but I'd circle back to this particular store regardless of where I live because the service has always been excellent. Thanks!

I had a great experience with the Brick delivery team. They were professional, punctual, and handled everything with care from start to finish. The team was very friendly and made sure the mattress was set up properly, taking the time to answer any questions I had. They worked efficiently while still paying attention to detail, and they left the space clean and organized before leaving.
Overall, excellent service—I truly appreciate their hard work and would highly recommend the brick to anyone!

Can't say anything else but poor Service. Sales lady lied straight to my face and told me there would be delivery plus removal and when I went to the brick the 2nd time I asked again and she said yes there would be delivery plus removal. The brick lies about things and the day of the delivery the delivery team have no idea about the removal and denied to help us to even take it out. Poor customer service and delivery service. Going forward will not be shopping at the brick. I recommend people to save their money and time to go buy their appliances/appliances elsewhere with proper customer service and delivery.

Sales team was great. The gentleman who helped us decide on our new bed, managed to reduce the price considerably for us. Then, a month later, I found the price had dropped from what we had paid by three hundred dollars. I reached out to customer service through the chat, since The Brick offers a price match guarantee, should the price decrease within 3 months of purchase. They fully credited me with the difference within 5 minutes.
The only reason I give 3 stars instead of 5 is because of the delivery.
They sent 3 guys and the one who carried my mattress to the door was very careless. He was a little guy, attempting to carry a king size mattress by himself, without getting any help, and he nearly dropped it in the snow on the street. That same guy scoffed at me, when I brought the old mattress to be taken away, without having it wrapped. I do understand the importance of wrapping the mattress and I had confirmed with the sales team that it would be okay to use the plastic from the new bed to wrap the old mattress. What surprises me, is that he seemed genuinely surprised by this. They ultimately, agreed to the idea, but I'm shocked, it's not a more common practice. I mean, who really has mattress sized bags, kicking around the house?
My recommendations going forward would be, better customer service from the delivery crews. They are the last point of contact between the customer and the store. Even if a customer has a great experience at the store, that may easily be forgotten from a bad experience with the delivery crew. A friendly, smile and a display of respect for customers purchases can go a long way. Lastly, have the delivery team inform clients that are paying to have their mattress taken away, to use the bag from the new mattress, Instead of sneering, condescendingly at them.

Can I cancel my order and get a refund?
Yes. You may cancel your order by visiting any Brick location. Purchases made online and in store are refundable at any time prior to product delivery or pick up. Refunds are made only to the same credit or debit card used to pay for the order. Cash payments will be refunded to a debit card or via cheque and mailed to the person who paid for the order. Deposits on Special Order items are non-refundable.
Can I get my deposit refunded in cash if I paid in cash?
Unfortunately, not every Brick store will have enough cash on hand or the exact dollar amount required to refund your deposit in cash. We're happy to refund cash payments to a debit card, or via a cheque made out to the individual listed on the invoice.
