    The whole process from picking out our furniture, we got a power reclining sofa, right up to the delivery was Flawless and professional. The sofa we got isn't light due to the motors and the size of it, but the delivery team was professional and got the job done in record time ,and on time. Absolutely recommend dealing with the Brick!. Between the warranties they offer, and service they provide, and the fact that it's a Canadian company, and Canadian made products, I really don't think there's anyone that can hold a candle to them. Very happy.

    Be very aware! If you buy a floor model bed from the Brick, that what you believe you see may actually be cobbled together with spare parts. I was told the reduced price was due to a stain I felt I could get out. What I was not told was, it’s missing its original parts. This could not be viewed with a box spring & mattress in place while on display. Only when I got it home did I see it was missing the proper 3 rails & cross slats. I spoke with the manager, who essentially said “tough luck you were not made aware, floor sales are final”. Absolutely my last purchase at the Brick.

    We purchased furniture about 2 weeks ago, and a salesperson named Peter helped us. If you ever deal with him at The Brick, I would strongly advise caution our experience has been extremely frustrating. When he was trying to make the sale, he was very attentive. However, once we paid in full, everything changed. Now, no one can tell us when we will receive our furniture. We have contacted Peter multiple times, but he has no answers. It has now been over two weeks of trying to get an update. We’ve also attempted to reach a manager, but they always seem unavailable.Busier than our prime minister At this point, we’re not sure if Peter is failing to pass along our concerns or if management simply isn’t responding. Either way, after spending nearly $4,000, we expected much better customer service.

    Starting from the Salesman, Ravi at Deerfoot Meadows. No pressure. He went around to show me the different mattresses. Then I asked for a cooling mattress cover, he gave 2 to choose from. I can’t wait for tonight. I also got 2 side table which would go beside my couch. I went in on a Saturday and they delivered on Monday 1:37 pm. I will definitely return to the Brick Deerfoot Meadows. Also I was so impressed, I was able to watch their deliveries and when they would get to me. Jason called 40 minutes before to let us know what time they would be here. 10 stars for sure.     I had a very disappointing experience with both The Brick and Flexiti. The Brick promotes the Flexiti credit card and strongly encouraged me to apply, specifically stating that it would only require a soft credit check. However, it turned out to be a hard inquiry, which negatively affects a credit score. This was very misleading. Later, when I tried to use my Flexiti cashback which is only applicable at The Brick. I spent hours on the phone with Flexiti customer service trying to get the cashback converted to store credit instead of having it expire by a certain date. I was also informed that if I used the cashback for a purchase and later returned that item, the cashback would be permanently lost and not returned to my account. Both Flexiti and The Brick insisted that I use the cashback before the expiry date. Because of that pressure, I purchased a BBQ that would only become available two months later, and I also paid for the BBQ assembly service. When I got the BBQ home and called the assembly company, I was told their hours are Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, which essentially requires taking a full day off work to accommodate their schedule. That was not feasible for me. After spending even more time on the phone with both The Brick and the assembly company, I decided to cancel the assembly service. However, Flexiti customer service again reminded me that if I returned anything purchased with cashback, the cashback would not be returned to my account. When I went back to The Brick to speak with customer service, the experience became even more frustrating. The staff demonstrated a lack of product and service knowledge, and the interaction became quite unpleasant. One representative even told me she was the store manager. However, after visiting the store many times, I know most of the staff and realized this was not accurate. Eventually, I met with the actual new store manager, but unfortunately he also lacked both product knowledge and customer care. As a customer who has spent over $11,000 at this store in a few days, I expected a much higher level of service and transparency. Instead, I experienced misleading information, pressure tactics, and poor customer service. Overall, I felt that neither The Brick nor Flexiti showed respect or appreciation for their customers. It often seemed like employees were either misinformed about their own products and services or simply not transparent about them. I would not recommend Heritage Brick at all.
