We got the Kylie Storage Bed with matching side tables and they look great!
Upsides:
-Easy pickup, well packaged and simple to setup
- good storage
- sturdy side tables
Downsides:
-Enormous amounts of packaging and garbage (great for shipping, not so much unpacking)
-I think it could use a bit more support on the side rails considering the size of the king frame
All in all would recommend the purchase! Great price for everything, and shout out to the Shawnessy Location for everything!!

I purchased a rocking chair and bought the 5 year warranty. After having for 5 months the rocking mechanism started to not rock properly. I did a warranty claim. It has been over 2 months and no part has come in. Not sure why I have to wait for a part considering this is a defected mechanism not a broken mechanism. Not fair that a paying customer for over 20 years has to be treated like this. Buy furniture that I cannot even use and keep being told that the part has been ordered and I have to wait. Most likely myself and my family will stop buying from the Brick. Will not give a recommendation to anyone. I hope other people will read this and consider shopping elsewhere.

On first visit, I chatted with one of the store managers. Friendly and helpful. He answered my questions and when he couldn't he got help from one of the technical personnel. However even then, I didn't get the answers to my questions regarding picture/audio adjustment on tvs. That's why I gave 4 stars.
I found out the "store mode" locks the TV so you can't adjust the TV or even see the parameters. I learned it from my web searches.
On my second visit, I chatted with a salesman and so had the same issue, lack of knowledge on tv, but what's on the brick's website.
My positives were, I didn't experience any pushy sales tactic for the tv sale or the extended warranty sale. This is key for me. After that the sale was straight forward and the delivery was smooth.
I would buy from them again, I recommend the store manager.

I recently had a very disappointing experience with The Brick regarding a recliner I purchased. Within just a week of bringing it home, it was already clear that the quality was far below expectations. The fabric felt cheap and poorly made, and the footrest did not function properly at all, making the recliner essentially unusable.
From the beginning, things went wrong, but what made the situation significantly worse was the complete lack of support from customer service. When I reached out to resolve the issue, I was met with unhelpful responses and a refusal to take responsibility. Despite clearly explaining that the product is defective and that the issues appeared immediately after purchase, they would not accept a return or offer a reasonable solution, even though we have repacked it exactly as we received it.
It felt like my concerns were dismissed entirely, and no effort was made to stand behind the product they sold. For a company of this size, I expected much better in terms of both product quality and customer care. Instead, I was left with a faulty recliner and no resolution. I would strongly caution others to think twice before making a purchase here, as the after-sales service appears to be severely lacking.

Can I cancel my order and get a refund?
Yes. You may cancel your order by visiting any Brick location. Purchases made online and in store are refundable at any time prior to product delivery or pick up. Refunds are made only to the same credit or debit card used to pay for the order. Cash payments will be refunded to a debit card or via cheque and mailed to the person who paid for the order. Deposits on Special Order items are non-refundable.
Can I get my deposit refunded in cash if I paid in cash?
Unfortunately, not every Brick store will have enough cash on hand or the exact dollar amount required to refund your deposit in cash. We're happy to refund cash payments to a debit card, or via a cheque made out to the individual listed on the invoice.

An extended warranty can be added during the purchase process in store or online. You can add a warranty to a product during the first step of the online checkout process. When you check out, you'll be asked if you want to add a warranty to each eligible product. You can either select 'Protect All Products' at the top of the warranty section, or specify which level of coverage you want for each individual product. When you have selected the preferred warranty for your item(s), click the 'Continue' button in the lower right corner of the page to continue with the checkout process.
