- HWHA Wong1 day ago5.0Went to Sunridge Way Rona to purchase the flower pots and perlite that were on sale. Staffs were friendly and helpful, lead me to the garden center that hasn’t been opened to public yet, but the items were not found at their section. Then another staff Luis and his assistant came, after showing them the item stock number, they were able to locate the stuffs for me, very thankful for their assistance and friendly services

I took a photo and went to the store and they gave me the missing piece. When I got home I found out it wasn't the same. When I went back to return it, they told me it wasn't their problem. It was Rona's problem at Sandrich. And now I'm standing there like a moron and now I have to buy a new piece of carpet. Avoid this store. You'll be out of money and a lot of time.

I wanted a specific bathroom vanity light assy. Had to be flat, 24" long. Plus I needed a set of 170° degree cabinet hinges because the new place I'm renting, doesn't have it on one of the cabinet doors. This is a very common type hinge. Home Depot has a healthy in store supply. Rona doesn't have it in store or in the system at all!!! I prepay for both these items. Then a day later, Rona emails me to say the cabinet hinge order has been canceled because of Zero Stock in their system. Seriously??? In all their stores across Canada, they don't have 1 simple 170° hinge that Home Depot has PLENTY of! So, the order is canceled and I was informed to goto Rona to process a refund. I go that day after work and try to get a refund. Only, Rona can't refund me because their system (how much you wanna bet it's a "new" system!) doesn't show a refund. I show them the email (deer in headlight look). They hilariously say, maybe try in a week! (Seriously, you can't make this stuff up) I say whatever, I have to come back in 5 or so days to pick up my vanity light. Bathroom Vanity Light comes in and I go in to pick it up. I finally get the refund for the Hinges. And after that, I figure what the hell, I had better inspect this light assy. Glad I did, it was damaged. They sent me a damaged light assy half way across the country only to have me get a refund for it! Smrt!!! But wait there's more...I get an email from Rona prompting me to give a review about my 2 purchases. I did and didn’t hold back. Worst experience ever. Then Rona emails me to tell me they won't publish the review, probably because I encouraged people to goto Home Depot instead. So, I decided to write a Google review isntead. This whole buy/support Canadian is a 2 way road Rona!!!! Do better!!!

Yes, we offer a delivery service. All products can be shipped by parcel their delivery is free with any $49 and more purchase. Is my online order confirmation page considered an official receipt?
No, your official sales receipt will be given to you when you complete the transaction at the store where you pick up your items. When will my online payment be processed?

How much time will it take to process my order?

Can I rent a truck at this location?
Yes. We offer truck rentals at this location. To reserve a truck, please contact the store directly. Availability may be limited, especially during peak seasons, so we recommend calling ahead to confirm before visiting.
How do I know that truck/van is available for rental at RONA+ location?
If you see a truck or van parked at the store, that’s the first sign that it’s available for rent. To save yourself a trip, you can call the RONA store’s customer service desk ahead of time to confirm availability. Rentals are offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
How do I qualify for the vehicle rental?
To rent a vehicle, you must:
> Be at least 21 years old
> Hold a valid full driver’s license (not a graduated license)
> Provide proof of insurance in your name
> Present a major credit card
NOTE: For the Province of Saskatchewan, the customer must be at least 21 years old, have a valid driver’s license.
Do RONA+ charge deposit for the truck/van rental?
A deposit of $500 for all rentals will be charged before we rent the van to a valid credit card. After inspection deposit will be refunded less the rental fee when customer return the van/truck.
How do I pay for the truck/van rental?
We accept all major credit cards.
Please note that cash, checks, gift cards, money orders, or prepaid visa cards are NOT accepted as payment for vehicle rentals. Store associates do not receive discounts on truck rentals and are charged the same rental fee as the customer.
Do RONA offer insurance for the vehicle rental?
At this time, RONA+ does not provide rental insurance. You’ll need to use your own liability insurance that covers non-owned vehicle rentals. Please make sure the proof of insurance is under the renter’s name.
What is your return policy for truck / van rental?
Returns are simple! When you bring back the vehicle, we’ll do a quick walkaround inspection and check the fuel gauge. As long as the vehicle is in the same condition and fuel level as when you rented it, you’re good to go.
