  I worked with April. She was patient, professional, knowledgable and always willing to offer perspectives and assistance when needed. I'd love to report that my experience was a smooth and without any issues but I can't. There were a few hiccups but April (and others) looked after everything. Overall it was a good experience and I'd say it was because of the people I worked with. I furnished most of my house with RH (I still have a couple rooms to finish and I will do that with RH). RH offers good quality, warranty, a reasonable return/exchange policy. I am a demanding customer and spent a lot of time looking at samples. April patiently provided me with various fabric, wood and rug samples. RH is expensive and you don't always know what your buying as their gallery carries limited items. The majority of the time, you are making a decision from the sample, a picture from the RH catalogue or from the RH website. I did change my mind on a few items but in my defence, RH allowed me to based on their policies. Once you understand their processes and policies, it makes things easier. Based on my experience, trust that your RH rep and their supervisor will look after you. If you cancel an order, follow up on refunds to make sure that they have been issued. The scheduling department was very accommodating and offered many delivery windows. The delivery people were very careful and made sure that the items are assembled with attention and care. The items ARE inspected when they arrive at the warehouse in Calgary before they are delivered to the customer. If any damage is detected, RH will contact you to identify the damage and provide you with a timeframe as to when to expect the replacement item. RH's CRM is a bit confusing and causes confusion for everyone, including the gallery staff and phone support reps and me. So if something doesn't look right, ask your rep or call their support number. If the rep can't help, their supervisor will follow up with you. Overall, RH offers a great service, nice product and I am happy that I was able to shop at RH.

  Extremely disappointing service from the staff here. The company itself has been good to deal with online, but the terrible service from in store outweighs the good.

  Furniture is way over priced for what it is. Quality is average at best And what’s with purchasing a membership? This company should really lower their prices

  Love their stuff, but had issues with my chairs... had to return several of them (colors didn't match) and getting replacements took a very long time and the price changed... which I was charged for... which just seems so ridiculous.
