The only issue I had was when I tried to return a coffee table that was very small and still completely sealed in its original packaging. Leon’s would not give me a full refund. They have a policy—one that is not clearly explained at the time of purchase—where returns are not refunded 100%, and they only give back 50%. It seems that their policy only fully protects customers if the furniture is damaged.

There were two wonderful people who brought my mattress carefully up the stairs, and they were cheerful and friendly. They gave me a heads up that they were on the way with about 20 to 25 minute notice. It was one of the most positive experiences of my move. Thank you so much, to the movers!

I had issues with a damage piece and they told me how to report. They took away all the empty boxes etc..very impressed with the app notifications I received on when my delivery was coming! Thank you! I’m still disappointed with the fact they (Leon’s) are not dealing with my damaged piece as it’s clearly a defect but they (customer service) is stating that’s the way it’s made and how the floor model looks. You can see the scratches and they are stating “this is how the piece was manufactured and part of the wood”. I don’t agree. Other than that, things went well! Folder
