The original order arrived damaged, the delivery driver noticed it and notified me right away so I didn’t have to deal with returning a damaged couch. The Brick was able to quickly rearrange a replacement and have it delivered two days later. Happy with my purchase. The couch is firm because it’s new but we have the older version of this couch and have no doubt it will soften up and be very comfortable after some time

I regret purchasing furniture from The Brick.
Although I purchased a 5-Year Furniture Protection Plan, my warranty claim for leather deterioration was declined even after the issue appeared and was reported on two separate occasions. Instead of honoring the protection plan, I was offered limited goodwill credits that did not reflect the value of the furniture or the warranty I purchased.
They follow low offers and prolonged negotiations, which became exhausting rather than supportive of a customer who relied on extended warranty coverage.
Based on my experience, I do not feel the extended warranty was honored as promised, and I would not recommend purchasing furniture from The Brick.

Karan at the Beacon Hill location was very helpful and patient, taking the time to help us figure out what matress and major appliances (fridge, dishwasher, washer and dryer) would meet our needs. He was able to schedule multiple delivery dates to accommodate posession date and renos, offered multiple payment plans, and gave us a great discount on the whole package. He even held our selection while we shopped at other locations to verify we were receiving the best deal possible.

Unfortunately, my experience with this Brick location was extremely disappointing and far below what I expected. I originally came in to use my Full Circle warranty and worked with sales consultant Karan Singh. He was friendly at first and confidently promised that the very expensive TV I purchased would be delivered within three weeks. That promise was the only reason I completed the purchase before Black Friday and Boxing Day, because I wanted the TV specifically for December to enjoy with my family over the holidays.
Instead, that “three weeks” turned into three months, if not longer. Every time I followed up, I was given another excuse and told to wait “just a bit longer.” This happened repeatedly. It was incredibly frustrating and honestly felt misleading. If there were serious supply issues, The Brick absolutely knew about them ahead of time, and the three-week delivery promise feels like it was used simply to secure the sale.
What made it worse is that there was zero attempt to make things right. No compensation, no gesture of goodwill, not even real accountability. Just, “you either wait or don’t,” while knowing that once the purchase is locked in, the customer has little choice.
In the end, I finally received the TV months late, long after the reason I bought it in the first place. Had I known the truth, I never would have purchased from this store, and I strongly feel I was misled.
I would not recommend this store — or this salesperson — to anyone. If you value honesty, transparency, and reliable service, look elsewhere. The only cancellation price i suppose was that TV was finally delivered on Dec 31.

I absolutely love shopping at The Brick. Stephen was the most helpful and knowledgeable sales consultant I have met. He explained mattresses to me in a way I could understand and showed me all the different options. Then when I returned later at add a sofa bed to my delivery order, he also helped me out with that. On top of the challenging order that I had, he was able to help navigate getting it ordered out of province for me and had built in some flexibility so that the person on the receiving end could go look at The Brick in their location. He also worked to find me the best prices and best delivery convenience, since I was trying to get the order in on a short notice. Stephen made it a pleasurable experience and helped me out with all my questions and with all the challenges that we had. I have always loved the quality of the furniture at The Brick and is has always been a very welcome environment to come into.
I'm still waiting for delivery so I have no photos, but I definitely recommend The Brick in Beacon Hill if you are looking for furniture.

Yes. You may cancel your order by visiting any Brick location. Purchases made online and in store are refundable at any time prior to product delivery or pick up. Refunds are made only to the same credit or debit card used to pay for the order. Cash payments will be refunded to a debit card or via cheque and mailed to the person who paid for the order. Deposits on Special Order items are non-refundable.
Can I get my deposit refunded in cash if I paid in cash?
Unfortunately, not every Brick store will have enough cash on hand or the exact dollar amount required to refund your deposit in cash. We're happy to refund cash payments to a debit card, or via a cheque made out to the individual listed on the invoice.
