The guys were great. They took away our old units. Installed the new ones stacked with the correct mounting brackets and stainless steel water lines. Even recommended the best venting. So changing that, appreciated their honesty and service.

Awful customer service. Will never return! We tried to make a return. And they were not accommodating AT ALL. It was a portable speaker that we complete garbage when we got it home. We went away for 5 days and tried to return it on day 10. No exceptions.

Bought a sectional and a couple other pieces, no one got in touch for delivery and couldn't get anyone on the phone. Eventually it showed up a week later, delivery guy was a clown. Skinny Indian guy if the owners are reading this.. salesperson was nice, hence the 2 stars otherwise it would be 1.

From the the time we went into the store to order the electric range to delivery was so professional. The Brick's agent that attended to us when making our order was so patient. She answered all our questions and ensured we got a very good deal. The two men that did the delivery were so on time and very friendly. This is not my first time of getting appliances from The Bricks and I will recommend the store always.

I recently purchased furniture from the Beacon Hill location, and although some of the items arrived damaged, the customer service team handled everything very professionally. They arranged an exchange promptly, and now I have all my furniture in perfect condition.
The Manager, Ms. Neda Manish, is amazing — very professional, understanding, and helpful throughout the entire process. I would also like to thank Modassar, Harpreet, and Fatima, along with the other customer service staff, for their kindness and support.

Can I cancel my order and get a refund?
Yes. You may cancel your order by visiting any Brick location. Purchases made online and in store are refundable at any time prior to product delivery or pick up. Refunds are made only to the same credit or debit card used to pay for the order. Cash payments will be refunded to a debit card or via cheque and mailed to the person who paid for the order. Deposits on Special Order items are non-refundable.
Can I get my deposit refunded in cash if I paid in cash?
Unfortunately, not every Brick store will have enough cash on hand or the exact dollar amount required to refund your deposit in cash. We're happy to refund cash payments to a debit card, or via a cheque made out to the individual listed on the invoice.

An extended warranty can be added during the purchase process in store or online. Or if you've already completed an online order and decided you want to add a warranty, you can visit a Brick store to purchase a warranty up to 30 days after receiving your product. You can add a warranty to a product during the first step of the online checkout process. When you check out, you'll be asked if you want to add a warranty to each eligible product. You can either select 'Protect All Products' at the top of the warranty section, or specify which level of coverage you want for each individual product. When you have selected the preferred warranty for your item(s), click the 'Continue' button in the lower right corner of the page to continue with the checkout process. Where does The Brick deliver?
Our Premium Delivery Service is available in most areas. For areas not served by The Brick's delivery team, we contract third-party courier and shipping companies. The Brick does not currently deliver or ship to anywhere in the United States, and online transactions from American customers cannot be accepted at this time.
