    Reciept/Order # 081551PETXL We bought a dishwasher with warranty from Zahid A on August 15th 2025 and it stopped working in October. A technician was sent multiple times the first time on October 15th and technician said he would need to come back with different parts On December 15th on another date a technician was sent to try again to repair and said it was not repairable and made a note for a replacement. We have tried calling The Brick numerous times to get our new dishwasher under warranty to no avail. I would appreciate someone reach out to us and confirm our dishwasher warranty and replacement as the technician made note of. We are incredibly disappointed with the customer service on The Bricks end. It has been 4 months of our dishwasher being unusable and The Brick ignoring us.

    At this point 0 Stars . Purchased a whirlpool fridge that was delivered Feb 24 , did everything they asked us to do waited 24 hours for the fridge to get to the set cool Temperature it seemed a little cool but we are not experts in fridges so thought maybe it still needs to get cooler , then Feb 26 the fellow came out to set up The ice maker , didn’t say anything about the fridge not cooling , said it should start making ice in a few hours now it is Feb 27, zero ice made. I callled the brick this morning Feb 27 and was first scolded for not calling in the first 48 hours During the time that we we waiting for it to get cool and waiting for the guy to come out to set up the ice making portion we were I guess suppose to say it doesn’t work , but when your not a fridge expert we didn’t realize it wasn’t working properly. I asked today during my phone call for the store manager to call me back, no one had ever called so now instead of a new fridge that should be delivered , whirlpool will come out on March 3. So instead of a perfect working fridge that I should have as I purchased a brand new product I will likely have a lemon that will need repairs , I will put my food in a cooler on the deck and hope it stays cold in Calgary until March 3 otherwise all my food is garbage as well . I’ve always bought everything from the Brick but would tell everyone not too purchase any appliances unless this issue is properly resolved.

    This review is on the delivery for the most part not the store - We had our furniture delivered to our home, the delivery crew threw the brand new unboxed furniture off the truck that landed on my driveway. My wife hollered to the delivery staff regarding this and they replied 'Don't worry if there is anything wrong they will give you a new one'. I had a great experience with the store salesman but the delivery crew was terrible. I have left a message at the store (on general voice mail - that has yet to be returned) , prior to that I was talking to a lady in delivery that hung up as there seemed to be a massive language barrier. Not sure how to sum it up, but extremely disappointed seeing as I paid for the delivery, and even though I was told the delivery service is a 3rd party - they still represent "The Brick"

    Wish i could give this store a Minus points was my First Purchase from Brick. Bought a mattress for $1000 bucks that was on clearance sale. When at store we asked we need medium firm mattress the sales guy Dheeraj told us this is the medium firm and its on great discount . Later after some days the mattress was little bit feeling off to us so we tried to rotate it to other side n found it has black patch placed on bottom of the mattress and mattress has torn and its was already damaged before we purchased but we were never told that the mattress is already damaged that's why its on clearance. And when we reported the customer service was so rude and stick to the one point that its on clearance so they can't take it back. Never recommend this store as they keep you customers not aware if anything is already damaged. If you purchasing anything on clearance from them make sure to ask them why its on clearance. And if possible check the product right away.

    I bought my sofa from The Brick in Sunridge about 2 years ago, and I honestly really regret it now. I’ve been shopping at Bricks for around 15 years and have always recommended them to my friends and family, so I trusted them when I made this purchase.When I was buying the sofa, they were extremely eager to push the extended warranty, making it sound like I’d be fully protected and never have to worry. Now the fabric on my sofa is getting worse and worse it looks old and worn all over, not just in one spot. I called them, they sent a tech out, and even he agreed that the fabric is a product issue, not normal use, so I thought they would take care of it.Then I got an email from their management saying it’s just “regular wear” and they won’t cover it under the warranty. After being loyal to them for 15 years and recommending them to family and friends, this feels like a slap in the face. I’m very disappointed and just want to warn others: be very careful buying from The Brick Sunridge and think twice before trusting their extended warranty promises.
