Excellent service in the purchasing and delivery phase, however, the bed frame arrived with a box of nuts/bolts, but not a single piece of paper with instructions. Nothing. JYSK offers a service where they assemble the furniture for a charge. I am going to have to call them as I am not clear on the details of where all these screws go and how the pieces are oriented. The only reason I bought this from the Brick was because JYSK was out of queen platform frames. I am going to have to call them anyway to hire someone to help put this bed together.

If I could give zero stars I would. Worst customer service there is. Don’t try to call them because they won’t pick up. I had some problems with their mattress and their actions show they refuse to resolve it. Wasted so much money here by buying my home furniture. You could get better quality and better service anywhere else, in a better price.

Don’t ignore the many one star reviews - they’re very telling. BUYER BEWARE with this store. Their sales reps will say anything, including making misrepresentations to make a sale. The issues start with delivery, item quality, and non-existent customer service. They don’t answer calls, respond to email and the store ‘Manager’ is non-existent when issues arise. I purchased furniture with delivery scheduled for within a week (which the sales rep assured us was doable) and am now being advised to expect delivery in a month. They will happily take your money and leave you with no support or recourse the next day.

Not a fan of Boxing Day shopping, so I wasn’t looking forward to visiting the store the day after. Glad to say I was proven wrong. Despite the crowd and parking challenges, my wife and I walked out within an hour with not only an electric range but also a fridge. Excellent in-store selection—much better than browsing online. Special thanks to Mr. Husnain R for going above and beyond. Outstanding product knowledge, customer service, and courtesy. Highly impressed and grateful. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I reserved my review for a few months because I knew I would be purchasing more. I had a whole appliance package picked out and set two different delivery dates due to flooring being completed. I purchased well in advance Diana was wonderful as our sales rep. And for that matter the appliance installers were great. Delivery came I took the day off work and went and nothing showed up I phoned and reached out a ridiculous amount of times. Nobody seems to answer the phone ever at this store. Eventually finding out the delivery truck decided to cancel my delivery at the end of the day because “they forgot the appliance straps” they never called, never rescheduled, never reached out or anything just cancelled my delivery. This ended up being escalated to the manager at my request. I now had to take another day off work to which I was promised I would be the first delivery of the day it was escalated to the manager in charge of deliveries due to the error well that day came and I again was not the first delivery of the day and now the last delivery of the day. Two entire work days gone. I complained to the manager again. Who offered no refund in any way what so ever with my delivery and installation. Instead he said the next time I have something to purchase he will make it worth my while and make up for it. Well I let it be because I knew we had another appliance package coming for our basement suite. Well David I have emailed, left voicemails sent the entire package of selections, sent another email and shocker not one response from the manager David. I am not surprised and will not be shopping at the brick anymore. And might I add our family just bought 4 new homes and I made sure every single one of them who were loyal brick customers over the last 25 years didn’t purchase one single thing from the Brick. You’ve lost not only multiple customers now that were loyal but respect. No accountability for errors, no resolution and no follow through. Costco has proven now with 3 appliance packages for my family to be far more superior and far more structured with their delivery and customer service than the Brick. I do not recommend you will be highly disappointed with their customer service and delivery. It’s a good thing Trans Global is the warranty because if you had to call the brick to deal with warranty you would get the full run around.

Can I cancel my order and get a refund?
Yes. You may cancel your order by visiting any Brick location. Purchases made online and in store are refundable at any time prior to product delivery or pick up. Refunds are made only to the same credit or debit card used to pay for the order. Cash payments will be refunded to a debit card or via cheque and mailed to the person who paid for the order. Deposits on Special Order items are non-refundable.
Can I get my deposit refunded in cash if I paid in cash?
Unfortunately, not every Brick store will have enough cash on hand or the exact dollar amount required to refund your deposit in cash. We're happy to refund cash payments to a debit card, or via a cheque made out to the individual listed on the invoice.
