I came to buy a couch from here 3 weeks ago and the lady said she would get us a good deal the invoice she showed us was a good deal, said it wasn’t in stock it will come in 3 weeks and she would call us to confirm the payment 2 days before. the day of someone calls and says one part of the couch is here and can be delivered on the date the other sofa will arrive end of December. I have been waiting for this couch for 3 weeks now if it wasn’t in stock they should’ve communicated that. I also came to buy a small tv and later realized it wasn’t a smart tv but a hdmi and asked to return, and they said it wasn’t final sale, the agent never communicated that. Customer service let me know we weren’t the only customers who have had issues with the sales people lying about the delivery dates or ordering furniture later than they said. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Right from selection of furniture from the store until delivery of the items to our house, Brick personnel were very helpful. Really appreciate the patience and detailed understanding of our needs by the Sales associate Mr. Vikas Soni. He explained the pros and cons of various options available and helped us to select the most suitable furniture for us.
The delivery was very smooth and the guys were very helpful. They even agreed to take the empty boxes from our orders.
Highly recommend Brick Calgary for your furniture needs.

Came in to browse with my partner, was met by a pleasant lady Diana/Diane? Let her know we just wanted to browse, she informed me to let her know that we needed any help which is fine. What is not fine is following us 20 feet back while we perused the store. Bad taste in my mouth we walked out.

We bought a lovely sectional from the brick and got it delivered, then realized it would look better with a second corner. We got the second corner piece today and the two delivery guys were able to set it up how we liked it, plus helped us connect the individual pieces together! Excellent service from the sales floor to delivery!

If I could give zero rating, I would. The whole experience from the start to the end was terrible. Salesman Kamran forcing us to buy extended warranty in exchange of free delivery and then not taking care of things. Customer service was poor. When the manger gagan has Zero customer satisfaction skills, it’s understandable why the rest of the team is bad. We purchased furniture of 10k. The sectional sofa had lint within a month. Never recommending it to anyone.

Can I cancel my order and get a refund?
Yes. You may cancel your order by visiting any Brick location. Purchases made online and in store are refundable at any time prior to product delivery or pick up. Refunds are made only to the same credit or debit card used to pay for the order. Cash payments will be refunded to a debit card or via cheque and mailed to the person who paid for the order. Deposits on Special Order items are non-refundable.
Can I get my deposit refunded in cash if I paid in cash?
Unfortunately, not every Brick store will have enough cash on hand or the exact dollar amount required to refund your deposit in cash. We're happy to refund cash payments to a debit card, or via a cheque made out to the individual listed on the invoice.

An extended warranty can be added during the purchase process in store or online. You can add a warranty to a product during the first step of the online checkout process. When you check out, you'll be asked if you want to add a warranty to each eligible product. You can either select 'Protect All Products' at the top of the warranty section, or specify which level of coverage you want for each individual product. When you have selected the preferred warranty for your item(s), click the 'Continue' button in the lower right corner of the page to continue with the checkout process. Our Premium Delivery Service is available in most areas. For areas not served by The Brick's delivery team, we contract third-party courier and shipping companies.
