Mo is fantastic to work with. He got us the right products for our needs instead of pushing the most expensive ones that would've put us over our budget. He made sure we knew the differences between our mattress options and helped us navigated competing Black Friday sales at various stores. When the dust settled, The Brick won by a landslide, not only in pricing and prpduct quality, but because they have Mo as an employee. My doorstep and straight to the room of choice. They even helped us dispose of the plastic cover and it was just about 5minutes. The team is very professional, two delivery guys came, both respectful when they move a huge mattress around the house. Truly a white-glove service right there! Highly recommended.

I bought a mattress from this store... the salesmen talked me into buying a mattress way out of my price range. I already had 2 others picked out but he insisted I buy this better one due to my issues. I then had to buy a board and mattress cover or there was no warranty. I was then talked into getting a Flexiti card so my sleep guarantee would be extended to a year. Since that was a big worry for me. From day 1 the mattress was the worst mattress I've ever slept on. The told me I had to wait a month before I could return it. They told me to walk on it to wear it in. Month 2 it was still horrible, they told me to wait. Month 3 it started sagging they still told me to wait and turn it around. This went on until after 6 months and I was out of my guarantee time. Even though the salesman told me it was a year. Now the mattress is so bad I can't even sleep in it anymore. I complained yet again and they sent someone to measure the sagging. The guy put the tool in the wrong places and left. I've now been told it's not sagging enough and I have no warranty. Every morning I can barely walk my back is so bad. I'm now spending money on therapists. This has been a horrible experience since day one. Side note... the salesmen at the Brick are horrible people. They either fight over customers or they ignore you if they saw you talking to someone else. If they don't think they are getting a sale, they wont even talk to you. childish behaviour. Now I have to spend more money I don't have buying another mattress somewhere else. Side note... I'm on disability and have very limited money - so this whole thing is stressing me out. Thanks again Brick.

Yes. You may cancel your order by visiting any Brick location. Purchases made online and in store are refundable at any time prior to product delivery or pick up. Refunds are made only to the same credit or debit card used to pay for the order. Cash payments will be refunded to a debit card or via cheque and mailed to the person who paid for the order. Deposits on Special Order items are non-refundable.
Can I get my deposit refunded in cash if I paid in cash?
Unfortunately, not every Brick store will have enough cash on hand or the exact dollar amount required to refund your deposit in cash. We're happy to refund cash payments to a debit card, or via a cheque made out to the individual listed on the invoice.
