    Great service from the start. Our sales associate went above and beyond to ensure we got the best service. They matched a free delivery i had missed but made the exception knowing my circumstances. I had 2 mattresses delivered on 2 separate days and both delivery teams were respectful, nice and did what they were here to do. Overall happy with this experience.

    I purchased a sectional and paid for the extended five year warranty. Over a year ago, I reached out to them to ask if I could use that warranty now and get my couch pieces fixed (which is included in the warranty). It's been over a year now trying to get this issue resolved. Everytime I call no one has information on where the parts are, everytime I call I get a new person telling me that the comments of what people wrote on our file are unclear and they don't understand the situations. When the parts were finally ordered they got lost or something. No one called me to inform me of the delay, when I called a month later asking what was going on they said oh yeah we lost the parts. They sent some random person to our house to inspect our old couch and that person was extremely rude and dismissive. This has been the WORST experience of my life dealing with the brick. I will NEVER order furniture from here again. If I'm paying hundreds of dollars for a warranty I at least would like some communication on what's going on. Absolutely WILD. Oh and it's been 16 months since we started the process and they still don't have an estimated timeline for when our coach will be fixed.

    I just purchased a TV stand last night at the Brick in Shaunessy. Corrina was the salesperson who helped me. Corrina approached me shortly after I arrived in the store and she asked me what I was shopping for. She explained how to find the measurements, and other information behind the price tag. Then she left me to shop. It took me awhile and once I got my heart set on a TV stand she came over to answer questions and get me all the information I needed to make my decision. I had the option to pick it up at the store within a few days or pick it up directly at the Brick D.C. I am going to pick it up at the Brick D.C. in the morning. They will load it for me. I am completely satisfied with my shopping experience and super happy with my new TV Stand. I not only appreciated the quality of the product and the price but also the great service.

    I walked in and was approached by Akita Liyanage. She was very friendly and helpful not in my face. She gave me space to look around but available when I needed it. I had many questions she was able to answer for me. I purchased two accent chairs and they were delivered today which also was efficient and they actually delivered earlier than expected. Delivery fellow was friendly and respective of our home and made sure to wipe off the coverings before bringing the furniture into the house. All in great condition and only a few days for delivery from purchase as both chairs in stock. I’m very satisfied with the service.

    Had an amazing experience here today with Chetan Patel. He was so helpful with finding exactly the couch we were looking for and he also was great help with getting the best price possible. He had answers to every question I threw his way. We were in and out of there with everything we wanted within 30 minutes of walking in. Chetan was very prompt to get to know exactly why we were looking for. Found it, got us priced out, and then got our invoice with zero issues. We will definitely be back for more furniture in the near future thanks to Chetan!
