We were in the process of moving our belongings out, and despite unexpected complications completely outside our control, the staff worked with us, communicated clearly, and gave us grace and flexibility instead of pressure or judgment. They understood the situation, gave us reasonable extensions, and genuinely tried to help rather than make things harder. The facility itself is clean, secure, and well-maintained, but what really sets Sentinel apart is the staff. They didn’t just see us as a unit number or an invoice, they treated us like real people going through a tough transition. All the staff were always very kind and understanding whenever having to deal with them and the storage units are very clean and well kept. Also, the units offer an extremely high ceiling compared to other facilities so you can really utilize and take advantage of the space by stacking items to well over 12-15 feet high (probably close to 20 feet but I’m not good at judging distances 🤷🏻♀️)
