The staff is super friendly and laid back. What made this experience enjoyable for me is that we were able to just have casual conversation about random things and you don’t have that type of experience everywhere. Keep up the good work guys! I had called to let them know the problem at hand and was promised a half refund, and a call back with the details finalized. To this day no one has called. No follow up nothing I received an email just now, saying it was still being paid for up to Dec 12, 2025, and not only that but my invoice and to continue payment. I do not wish to use this service anymore and I would like my FULL refund due to the lack of professionalism and failure to comply with what was said would be done.
