    Return policy - garbage If you don't have receipt or SAME CARD, which I don't because bank changed it, same account number, different plastic number And I need to fight to get my money back Home depot - bring stuff, they scan it and autodeposit on original paymentn method no question asked, no card needed Easy, simple Avoid rona

    This Rona used to be my go to place for revocation supplies but ordering has been a nightmare over the past 6 months. After a placing an in-person order for cabinets and two phone calls, I couldn't even get a quote. I haven't seen anyone in the countertop section in the last 3 trips despite going in the middle of the day. Custom orders appear to go into a black hole and the customer server team can't give any information on them.

    After I moved close by, started going here and I do love it. Has mostly everything I need (I wish it was a bit larger and offered more). Sometimes during the slower periods they are less staffed and can take a couple min to find someone but with that being said, the staff are usually not helping someone else so you don’t have to wait. Everyone is always friendly.
