    I got absolutely bad service from Andrew (cashier)today. Instead of proceed me for my payment and move my truck from loading zone faster,he wanted me move the truck first for other customer who even didn't finish a payment process with other cashier yet. Unbelievable rude and unprofessional service. We had our business with this store more than 4 years and never had such a bad experience. Very disappointed.

    Melissa, my blinds specialist located and cut my Allen and Roth blinds beautifully and i was in and out in 15 minutes with my custom blinds. Terrific service.

    Today, I went to rona in westhills I picked a Sunday morning so I could do some shopping without stress and I work at customer service in home depot and I've also had 10 years of customer service experience I've taken a class through sait I have a customer service certification I can even come and show the owner or manager. At approximately 10:55am, January 15/26 I cashed out of there with my items but about 10-15 minutes before that I went to customer service to get some help I needed a trolly and a dolly and I was so kind to them talking about how my experience is at home depot finding stuff and the older lady standing there rudely interrupted me and starting telling me about changes in the store and so I said "seasonal change" she said yea...then I proceeded to say trolly and dollys always stay in the same place they aren't seasonal and she went off on me, the younger lady was trying to help me but she was very rude...I had to walk away from her, I purchased 400$ worth of items and had to find everything myself no service at all and when I walked out of the store she yells in my ear!!! YOUR RUDE!!!! you can see it in the camera and everything, I kept walking because I do not treat people that way, I 100 percent knew she did not do anything right at all as a worker and for her to yell at me??? Wow. I hope whoever she's does not do this to another person because I didn't give her a reason to treat me this way.
