    I was in and asked for some assistance with loading drywall. The person was very helpful The one sheet was slightly damaged I asked about a discount, he stated 50% off the one sheet So we proceeded to load it on the cart Went to check out, when we got there, we noticed that the second sheet was damaged also The gentleman who helped me told the cashier to give me 50% off the one sheet The gentleman noticed that the second sheet was also damaged Cashier abruptly said no it’s only worth 10% off Very rude attitude I Walked out and left the material there I feel I’m a good customer. I buy majority of my purchase for my business from your store. I have never been cheated like this before We are talking about nine dollars off She sure knows how to upset a customer for nine dollars

    The value of a physical store lies in allowing customers to see, touch, and examine products in detail before making a purchase. Unfortunately, this store did not prioritize customer needs during our visit. My wife and I came specifically to purchase a new Kohler toilet, but the model we wanted was placed on a rack so high that we could not reach it. When we asked for assistance, the employees informed us that customers were not permitted to use the store’s ladder due to safety concerns. In contrast, when we visited Home Depot, we found that they provide ladders for customer use, enabling us to inspect different brands directly. As a result, we were able to select a toilet we were satisfied with and take it home immediately. It is worth noting that the better service at Home Depot may explain why we observed more customers shopping there compared to your store.

    Had wonderful service Monday morning doing a return. The gal that helped me was very friendly, not sure of her name, she had mid length grey hair. I often get great service at your location, keep up the great work.

    I attempted to purchase some extension cords from Rona and Ashley special ordered them for us. We had some snafus, not the stores fault at all, like train derailments which extended the wait time. I found the manager of the store, Jaime, Ashley, assistant manager and Catherine, the receiver, very helpful. They were truly interested in getting the cords for me in a timely manner. Went out of their way to order them and kept me informed. Really excellent customer service and I truly appreciated their efforts. Thank you.
