Horrible experience today, I came after shopping at Safeway (I walk so I carry my groceries with me) to buy packing tape and after I purchased it the store attendant asked to search my bag, I replied with NO. Why is she asking me out of all customers to check my bag and why on earth would I steal tape?! Second it feels like racial profiling when I’m the only black women in the store. You just can’t do that. If that’s the new protocol then it should be stated upon entrance. I’ve spent THOUSANDS of dollars at Rona why the hell would I steal TAPE. Just ridiculous

I don't know if all Rona stores are like this, or if this one is just special, but I have been here around 30 times to shop and honestly probably 28 of those times, the product I'm looking for is not on the shelf where it says it will be on the Rona website. Like right now, I'm here to pick up sand to mix into cement, and the website says there are 31 bags in stock, but they're no where to be found. So I asked for help and they told me it's a stocking error and they don't actually have any. Some variation of this event happens pretty much every single time I'm here. It is truly incredible. I only come here because I live 2 minutes away, but I think I have to give up. I will go to Home Depot from now on because their online stock info is always accurate. Come on, Rona, you can do better.

Awesome service and help! I needed some tiles for some senior friends and asked if I could get them brought to the front for easy access into my vehicle. They had them ready to go when I showed up. How much time will it take to process my order?
